Nokia 2626 Mobile Black — Moblie Set is not working

Sir,
I purchase the mobile had set Nokia 2626 (Blk) on date 28-12-08 from Kumal Mobile center, Etah.
One month before I saw that my mobile phone is not display any thing. I take that to Nokia Cate Etah. On the counter The Enginer check my mobile and said that this mobile is dead and not be able for repair. I
said to him that my phone is in gurantee period. The guarrenty is finished on[protected] The bill copy is enclosed with this complain.
I kindly request you to change my mobile phone or repair it Otherwise I am forced to consumer form.
