[Resolved]  Nokia 2630 — Security code not working

Nokia 2630 — often gets hanging. your engineer say that it is software configuration defect

very often gets hanged. Purchased only on 22-11-07 at Chennai with proper bill. The seller is not taking the responsibility. Your Nokia care persons are not courtesy towards the customers. simply state that it is software cofiguration defect which is a manufacturing defect. I ask the question then why such pieces are sold in the market only to get money. Commercial honnesty is the foremost thing for a good manufacturer espectially like you, a foreign company for whom, Tamil Nadu Govt. has extended all tax holiday benefits.

one should not say "see USA" or any other foreign country. Anywhere except in India, there is commercial honesty. Defect in manufacture is common. But replacing a new one will satisfy the customer and earn good name. Keeping quiet and having adamant service persons makes every customer feel that the company is a cheating company and will lead to filing of cases before Consumer forum.

I do not know whether any responsible person of Nokia company either in India at Sriperumbudur or in foreign will read this complaiant and comments or it is a waste of time for me

Nokia 2630 — Ignorance of Nokia and Nokia Care

I have purchased a Nokia 2630 from Nokia Priority Dealer, Waves, Jodhpur, Rajasthan on 13 dec 07 . Within 15 days of the purchase it suddenly stopped showing the cellular access,due to which i have showed it to Nokia Care Raipur, Anshu Communication on 3rd jan 07. My jobsheet number is[protected]/080103/60 and the Target Delivery date is 15 feb 07.

Complains :

1. Nokia care is taking more than 45 days to repair a mobile and they are least concern about the inconvenience caused to the customers.

2. The employees of Anshu communication (nokia care) have a rude behaviour towards the Nokia customers and they do not have even basic ettiquetes to deal with the customers.

3. On 16th jan 07, I was informed that my phone is ready and I can collect it from the nokia care, but as of then nobody was ready to check it and on reaching there,to my utter surprise i was told that it is still under repair and the information to collect it was by mistake.

the abovementioned inconveinences have caused mental agony to me, as within 15 days of the purchase my phone is not working properly which thereby shows the ignorant and irresponsible attitude towards its customer by Nokia and Nokia Care.therefore I demand to return my phone within 7 days from today or a new replaced nokia 2630 otherwise I will be restrained to take serious action against the concerned persons and might complain to the Consumer Forum also.

This is regarding delay in servicing /repairing of nokia phone ,model no: 2630 and bill no:del/01363/00001/4379 .

The phone's LCD screen was damaged within 10 days of purchase .

The phone was deposited with NOKIA CARE on 3/3/o8,no estimate was given as the centre had power failure .

For last one week i have been calling NOKIA CARE to gather information about the recovery of the phone but the reply is same that there is no power.

Its big shame that NOKIA CARE CENTRE'S have no power backup no time bound repair.

The company is just screwing the customer's in india .

due to security code in my cell i am unable to unlock my keypad. i have changed my code 4-5 times from the date of purchase, i..e 7-8-2008. although my cell is under warranty period the dealers refuse to provide me a free service. please send me a solution as soon as possible.
