Nokia 2730c — Fraud Nokia Care Service Centre | |||
I bought Nokia 2730c in march 2010. i have extended my warranty for another one year in dec 2010 only. when i went to the centre for software update, those are said that you repaired this mobile before out side. as per my knowledge i repaired this mobile in july 2010 in nokia care centre itself. but those are saying like this, it is showing either those are changed my original mobile parts or those are escaping from giving free service. it is in directly showing of fraud service of nokia care centre in chittorgarh. please be aware of such people. Nokia 2730c — Unsatisfactory service during warranty period
Respected Sir,I have purchased the the Nokia 2730c on[protected] IMEI no. [protected] ) ,On[protected] there was the problem in functioning of the camera, So i have deposited it to the customer care on[protected] which is covered under the the warranty period for 1 year . On[protected] they have provide me the replaced hand set which has the lot of scratches on it I have refused to collect the set so they have send the set to Delhi for replacement and on[protected] they have called me to collect the set so when i have gone there to collect i found the same set which has been earlier provided to me So i have again refused to collect the set.
Now they have sending the set for 3 time to Delhi,
So please provide the way how i get the set in good position
