[Resolved]  Nokia 3230 — inefficiency of your Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore Nokia Care Center

Dear Sir,
This mail is regarding non professional attitude of the Nokia Care Center in Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore.

I Had visited the above mentioned center atleast 6 times during last few months for problems in my handset. I want to bring to your notice my impressions about handling of the affairs in the above mentioned center. I will discuss about my problems later.
The mentioned could not satify a single customer on the day when i visited them ( No exaggeration here). I was told by the other customers present that the story is almost the same for all the other days. The complaints of various customers were like
1. Problems persisting even after the servicing
2. Returing various handsets back saying that they cannot be repaired (Representing a very inefficient image of the Nokia Company)
3. Not responding phone calls of the customers in a proper manner.

It looks like the employees are hell bent on spoiling the name of the Nokia Company.
Coming to problem with my handset. My Nokia 3230 handset
1. Does not read the memory card
2.Display goes blank once the screen saver comes on. Then i had to switch off and restart the mobile to make it usable.

I had given the cell in the above mentioned center way back in september 2007( within warranty).When i went to take back my cell in October i found out that the problems were still persisting. The employee of the service center asked me to give the cell again for service. I did not do that because for the first service only the center had taken 25 days approximately. I had lot of problems without my cell. So i thought i will use the defective cell for few days and give it for servicing after that.

When i went for servicing again (this time in the month of December) the person at the center came up with a story that the defect in the cell was due to a water damage and that it would not fall under warranty.( The same was not mentioned in the first service Job-sheet.) I said fine. But now they are telling that the cell cannot be rapired as it has got mother board problem. I said fine and asked them to return the cell. The manager said the cell is there in their back office and he would call back in 3 days. Its been 3 weeks now. He has not called me. Whenever i call the center the response that i get is that 'your cell will come tomorrow'. But that tomorrow has never come. Your manager and employees of that center can be termed as "Professional liars" in anybody's book. The center in Jayanagar is a disgrace to NOKIA.

I request the Nokia Company to take stern action aginst this center before they could do any further damage to your reputation.

I also request the company to guide me as to the future course of action as regarding my handset. My lawyer tells me that we have enough papers to file a strong case against your Jayanagar Center.

Kindly let me know as early as possible

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchase a Nokia 3230 IMEI No. [protected], Date of purchase 17/10/2007, But the same date phone are disputed I go to the shop there I purchase the phone then they told me that you go to Nokia Customer Care, I go there but the phone ate same disputed and go and go and go…. Then they told me you give me I sent to the company. Name of the Nokia Customer Care are: Anand and Co. P-161, V.I.P.Road, Scheme VII M, Kolkata-700054(Nokia Customer Care Ph. No. [protected]), they told me your phone are now Delhi, Bombay, Company, Etc. One day I cannot use the phone.

So, please replace the phone (Nokia 3230 IMEI No. [protected]) or back my money. As soon as possible. Other wise I go to the Police Station or other places.
I think you take the dissection immediate.

Nokia 3230 — NOKIA CARE DAMAGED MY PHONE

Today i went to Nokia Care Prinsep Street Branch Chandni Chawk Kolkata to fix the problem regarding non operation of the camera of my 3230 Nokia mobile the CCE MR. Pridyud Kanti after verifying the phone told me that it would cost me Rs 850/- to repair it, then he gave me the phone after fiddling with it as i switched on my phone i found that the key pad wasnt working i informed him about the issue he took it and again took it inside a room and the problem that they arose was not resolved then he started behaving rude and said that he will not fix this problem which was actually madeby him, on his refusal i wanted to speak to the manager but they did not let me do so, then Mr. sanjay Sen the CCE their said that he would help me out now after he passed my phone to another CCE who took it inside the room and then after a while brought it back with a new problem now the phone was totally dead.Well this type of behaviour wastotally unexpected from NOKIA CARE now when i wanted to give a feed back written then they started discussing that we will write that it was a liquid damage which they could not proof.I went to NOKIA CARE to repar the camera and the whole Phone was totally damaged and now the said that they would repair it if i paid them Rs 850 for the camera & Rs 1400 for the new damage caused by them this was a redeculus service i had ever recieved i think that i should go to the consumer court.

I hope that you would do the needful.

Nokia 3230 — missing my Handset

My Nokia 3230 Black Handset is missing,EME-[protected],Che-3943497281150323213667558386,Batt.-66704553635636285...
Even I faced the exact situation in Jayanagar NOKIA service centre BANGALORE. Really the employees there are disgrace to NOKIA.
I am facing the touch problem with c5, Initially lady accepted the complaint and took contact back up . Touch was working with very difficulty.
When they opened up the phone for physical test they came up with crap that there was a physical damage inside and cannot be covered under warranty. Now when I asked them to reassemble the phone, and frustrated to see that the touch was NOT at all WORKING .
He showed me some BROKEN PIN and said that its a physical damage which CANNOT be covered under warranty.

The Lady who took the phone earlier told me that NOKIA C5 has touch problem which is common and all the phones have been covered under warranty.NOW They CHARGED ME rs 1400 for replacing Keypad.

Their attitude towards the customer was utter DISGRACEFUL. GOD HELPS NOKIA NOW.
