Nokia 3500 — Slow functioning of cam and music player

My camera takes lots of time to open up, when a snap is taken the screen woin't clear out till what seems like hours and its functioning has become quite slow.
and my music player won't display the correct names of the mp3s sometimes and after lib update, it won't start up till quite lots of time...

sir
now i am in tuticorin i bought the mobile here only now the vibration problem occurs in my mobile. so i want to clear the problem but i didn't know the correct place of nokia service center in my home town so send the place and address in my home town
