[Resolved]  Nokia / 3500c Mobile — Replace the faulty Nokia mobile with new one


Subject: - Replace the faulty Nokia mobile with new one
Dear Sir,
I have purchased new Nokia mobile n3500c (model-N3500C .IMEI No - [protected], FCC Id - PPIRM-272, IC: 661U-RM272, Type - RM-272)on the date 22jun 2008 from Subhiksha Trading servics Ltd. Roop Tara Complex C-1, New colony, Jayanti Bazar, jaipur .
On the date 10nov 2008 the mobile automatically switch off. I went to Nokia service centre, (Oppisite Laxmi mandir Cinema, lal Kothi, tonk Jaipur)on the date 11Nov 2008 and give the mobile for repairing. They return the mobile on the date 22 nov 2008.
After that there is many problem in the mobile. The mobile network coverage capacity is very low. I cannot use mobile in the room and road also when I use mobile on the roof only, the voice is also not clear.
On the date 24nov I again the mobile gave to the nokia service centre, (Oppisite Laxmi mandir Cinema, lal Kothi, tonk Jaipur) .they take the mobile for repairing.
After one day I talk to nokia service centre([protected]). They told that they have required some part to repair the mobile. The part will come within 3-4 days. After three days when I call to nokia service centre they told that part within one week.
I go to service centre and take the mobile and told to the nokia service centre officials that I will phone him, when the part will come I will again give the mobile service centre.
After that date I have call to the nokia service centre 10times but they always call that the part will come within 5-6 days.
On the Tuesday23 dec, I again Phone to the nokia service centre they that told that the part will come within this week. After requesting the give his Head Mr. Ramesh Mo no ([protected]).
I talked to Mr. Ramesh he told that part will came within 2 days.Today I phone to Nokia Service Centre they told that part will came in the 2nd week of January 2009.

The last digit of Docket no on date 11Nov - 081111/75
And on the date 24 nov - 081124/5.
I am network engineer in the HCL Comnet Ltd(RE in PNB ZO Tonk road jaipur). my mostly work done on the phone. But due to network problem of mobile my image is down in the office because when they call me my mobile is unreachable and when call connect the voice is not good.

till 50 days I am suffering this problem.
I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.
In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.
