[Resolved]  Nokia / 5233 B. Chrome — defective functioning of mobile handset

I would like to bring to your kind reference that i had purchased a nokia touchscreen handset, on 31st december,2010. Though being assured of flawless service the mobile started giving troubles from the very 2nd day. It was slow in its functioning, n a nokia service personnel suggested for an update to overcome the problem. it was done in a local authorized nokia care. even after the cell regained speed i was barely able 2 use it. new problems emerged as the mobile got really hot at its least use, with a single message being sent or a few minutes call. also problems started with the memory storage as only the phone memory was valid even after the memory card was inserted, the gallery also opens for only about 30 secs preventing from viewing pictures. On approaching the service personnel she again recommended to submit the handset for proper rectification at nokia service center. i went to the service center on 23rd march,2011 and as per method submitted the handset together with the battery as they thought the battery was responsible for the handset gaining heat.I was asked to collect the contents by evening, later a call came saying the shop was closing early asking me to come the day next. but what was most shocking was the ill responsibility of the employees over there when i went the next day. i was horrified on discovering the screen being badly tempered with causing a eye catching big scratch which i am 100% sure was never before. i request to take severe action against such uncaring attitude of the technicians at that particular nokia service care who cannot securely keep a mobile handset even for a single day. n i have no other option but to return the handset and seek a replacement as i believe it has some non rectifiable technical defect since with almost three months passed from the date of purchasing it is still within the warranty period. I look forward soliciting your co-operation to see my complain being attended to.
