Hi, I bought NOKIA 5310 Xpress music in the month of may from poorvika mobile store, chennai. Recently I faced a problem with the piece, after talking for 15 mins it became hot and switched off. I approached poorvika and they have given my mobile for srvice to NOKIA service centre. After one week they are telling that the problem is due to water log and we can not provide any service. Actually it is not soaked in water they are simply cheating the customers. Was this information helpful? | |

The same problem I used to face in my mobile Nokia 5130 Xpress music often getting restarted. I bought the mobile on 27th Mar, 09. Im facing the problem often so asked for replacement after 4 days, they said that they are not supposed to replace the so I took it to the service station they adviced me that if any problem occurs within 7 days you can ask for replacement at the show room from which you bought.
And they said there is a policy in Nokia (DOA) Dead on Arrival in which we can replace the mobile at the show room within 7 days if we face any problem.
But the Poorvika L.B Road show room manager said that there is no policy like that, which seems they are not aware of any rules and regulations of Nokia. So its better to buy Nokia mobile in Nokia show room itself.
