Nokia 5610 Xpressmusic — Replacement of nokia 5610 xpressmusic Sr. No. [protected]

I have purchased the above noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The memory card datas are vanishing automaticaly then after removing & reputtingit, the datas come back. The phone also hangs. We expect full value for our money & ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future & that our faith in nokia remains undaunted.

nokia 5610 XpressMusic — need replacement

i had purchased nokia 5610 on dec 6 2007,since then it is second time in just one month i have to give it to nokia care for repairing for the same cause both the time.for the first time it took almost 20 days to get back my set,again it is made to be 20 days for the same.in just 7 days after first repair set faced the same problem for which it is repaired.so note my set's IMEI number [protected].now i need the serious replacement of this set by a new one.my contact no is [protected].

nokia5610 — poor quality

This is to bring to the notice to the concern person that it is just 2 months of purchase of the handset NOKIA 5610 and for last 10 days am facing a major problem.While sliding the handset it automatically switches off and the wallpaper and ring tone changes it self and above all of this the display that comes on screen for messages and miss calls comes on there mood!!! If i switch off the mobile and then open it then problem solves and later the same error comes.

I went to service center Green park spoke to Mr.Narender(floor manager), Mr yadav (manager).
There was no solution as they say you can go to consumer court as well and they dint have any issue...IS THIS WHAT SERVICE CENTER ARE MADE FOR????Mr Narender spoke in a language which was not suppose to be used...he said SHUT UP...even said that do whater you can do but you have to submit the handset...

My concern is to ask that i have invested hard earn money in this set and now if i have to repair my set in 2 moths time its not fare and justice with the customer's there is a software problem it states clearly that the fault is from nokia people ones the handset is open i believe its gone and i would have accepted it if this would had happen later down the line ...i had nokia handset early to this as well but till now i have not faced any issue its almost a year...

This shows that i have been sold a already damage handset..I purchase this from RELIANCE DIGITAL...they even cant help me...



I would just want to make it very clearly to the person who is reading this concern that you take the mobile and do whatever you want but i need a EXCHANGE for sure other wise consumer court will definitely come in picture and along with this newspaper will also feature you people along with your name and number. Solution of your complaint I dont think about this the only solution is that i need an EXCHANGE OR REFUND What action would you take, if your problem is not solved consumer court and An article in news paper...iam not just warning you so better you do the above.

This is uday from kolkata, Recently i bought nokia 5610 xpressmusic performance of the mobile is good, my probelm with this mobile is when i m accessing the gprs service from this mobile using bluetooth its getting heating very much, PLs teell me is it normal for all the phones and the probelm is with this mobile.

I bought a cellfone from planet m & from the first day i was having following problems with it..


1. phone software was outdated.It was around an year old.
2. from the very first weak i was having problem in memory card detection. & i even got a new memory card. still the problem in phone's memory card detection.
3. the mic of the handsfree wasnt working, it was faulty.


& for all the above problems i'v submitted my cellfone to planet m. around 5-6 times. the last time i submitted my cellfone to planet m was on 20th march 2009. i got my phone today at 1:00 p.m.

& nw again i'm facing the same problems. i'm highly irritated with this saught of services.


the people working there are unexpirenced & they fool the customers saying that its nokia care's fault not their & they try to act smart by saying tht sir we have got your problem fixed without any expense from somewhere outside.

nokia 5610 XpressMusic — Your Care Centre Dont Care Customers

The above set of NOKIA was purchased by my son Mr. Sujay Prabhu 1 and 1 /2 years back now the daily problem of your this set is the picture does not flash at the time of incoming call or any sms .

Other things are ok and I have no problems for it

NOW COMPLAINAT REGARDING YOUR CARE CENTRE, PANAJI GOA INDIA 403001, TODAY IS THE SATURDAY AND DUE TO HALF DAY TO MY OFFICE I WENT TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE OPP; DELMON HOTEL, PANAJI GOA INDIA 403001 FOR MAKING MY MOBILE REPAIRED. THERE WERE ANOTHOER 6/7 CUSTOMERS AND THE SHOP WAS CLOSED .

AFTER FEW MINUTES AROUND 3.15 P.M. ONE FELLOW CAME OUT OF THAT NOKIA CARE CENTRE SHOP AND TOLD US THAT TODAY IS HALF DAY FOR THEM . I ASKED HIM IS IT ALWAYS HALF DAY THEN HE SAID NO WE WILL TAKE WHEN WE WANT TO TAKE

THIS IS THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR SO CALLED GOOD OFFICIALS

PEOPLE ARE FED UP WITH THIS AND ONE DAY NOKIA NAME WILL BE OUT OF THE MARKET IF THIS CONTINUES

nokia 5610 xpress music phone — poor quality of product

dear customers, i am fed up with the miserable quality product of nokia mobile handsets. i bought a nokia 5610 xpress music phone in march 2009 with imei no [protected] @11400 rs. since buing it's music player was defective and poorly functioning. on september this year it's display and keypad went into malfunction. i reached a nokia care centre at rewa in mp. they rudely behabed with me and told that it was liquid damaged and took 2800 rs for change of display and keypad. then within 10 days the display got into malfunction again. i reached there again and this time i was virtually scolded.(the nokia care centre name is ELECTRONIC POINT RREWA MP). THEY AGAIN DEMANDED RS 1400 FOR A CHANGE IN DISPLAY AS IT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING WITHIN 10 DAYS!! NOW MY QUESTION IS WHY NOKIA SHOULD MANUFACTURE SUCH UGLY QUALITY SETS TO CHEAT IT'S CUSTOMERS??? I WILL PUT A COMPLAINTS WITH TRAI NOW AND START A CAMPAIGN AGAINST NOKIA IN MY FRIENDS CIRCLE WITH MY LIMITED RESOURCES FOR NOT BUING INFERIOR QUALITY SETS. FOR YOUR INFORMATION TWO OF MY CLOSE FRIENDS HAVE ALSO HATE SAME FORTUNE WITH THE SAME SET RESCENTLY. I WANT A FULL REPLACEMENT OF MY SET/ FREE OF COST MAINTAINANCE OF MY SET AS IT IS STILL WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD
