Nokia 5610d - 1gb — Cheating by Nokia care service centre, Annanagar, Chennai.

I am a regular user of Nokia mobiles from 2003 till now. I always prefer to buy Nokia mobiles as it has a best quality in its making. I recommend all my friends & family members to buy nokia mobiles even till now. But am very much fed up with one of the Nokia care service centre named:

Within one month from the date of purchase my mobile got a problem. The problem with my mobile was the caller on the other side cannot hear my voice even if it is an incoming or an outgoing call. The next day I went to the Nokia care service centre mentioned above. There they opened the back side of the mobile and checked before me and said that the mike has broken and it would cost Rs.1600/- for repairing it. They returned me my battery & memory card to me and gave me a job sheet (no.12548) mentioning the delivery date of one week.
From that day, for one month I & my friend would have gone to the service centre for more than 20 times returning back empty. Each time when we went there to get our mobile they added each problem with my mobile like* my ring tones are not working, *display is not good, *my motherboard has some problem, *the mobile has gone to the head office Etc.
Suddenly I was in an emergency to move to my relations house in Coimbatore, so I thought of getting back my mobile before I go. At last we fought with those people and asked them to return back the mobile without repairing it. They returned it after four days. Within those four days we walked there four times.
At the time when they returned the mobile it was in a dead condition. I had sent my other collogue to ask them when they would return the mobile. That time they returned the mobile to him and have told to put charge for the mobile and it would get switched on. As I was in the emergency to start outstation that night, it took the charger with me and thought of putting charge when I reach my relative house. But even after charging it for 8 hours I can’t switch on it.
When I gave my mobile for repair in the centre it had only one problem with the broken mike, which was even mentioned by the service engineer who tested the mobile. But at the time I got my mobile in return it was in a burying condition.
After I returned back Chennai I went to another Nokia care service centre near kodambakkam and enquired about the problem that I can’t switch on my mobile. There the service engineer opened the phone and said that they have spoiled the mother board by soldering it, and also removed some of the parts inside it and it cannot be produced into good condition even after it is repaired. They asked me to go again to that same service centre and ask the solution for this.
So I went again to that same centre in Annanagar to ask them for the solution. There one of the service engineer ill-treated us, shouted on us that they would not be responsible for this after we got back the phone. The Manager/ Owner of the centre Mr. RameshSuthar came and compromised us and created another new job sheet (no.[protected]/090422/24) on 22 April 2009 mentioning the delivery date will be on 6 May 2009. But till date we had been there for more than 10 times from 6 may 2009 getting back the same response we got before.
I have not even used the mobile for one month at least, but am paying the EMI till date.
Nokia is the best product with a worst service.
Can anyone suggest me a solution to get my mobile back in a good condition. Please anybody tell me where & Whom to contact for giving complaints and get a solution .

hi all,
Ive been using this phone for 2 plus years. On may 26th i went to nokia service centre cos my 6070 model never had enabled me to send sms to a list of groups right from the day i bought it, and i assumed the option wasnt there until i created group with list of friends names and no's but the option to send it to the list want there so i called[protected]. I spoke to aperson called vaibav a very helpful gentle man he said the option is there but my mobile aint showing it so i gotta go to a service centre and they will help me out software upgradation which inturn will help me with my problem, i went to this annanagar service centre one behind hi-style and new grand looking L.K.S gold house.I was told by one Mr.Enok that the phone will be updated with new software but he doesnt it work or not and i can pay if it works and i dont have to if it doesnt i said fair enough and time he said was 1 hr after which i will recive my mobile .I run my own business so i had some work and was doing it and realised the time was 7 45 when i reached this service centre the security said the time was up i said ok i will get it tom and went back home.Next day (today that is 27th may)sharp 4 o clock i walk in the first floor where the delivary area is and give my job sheet the person there, very cool person says sir come and collect it tommorrow same time.!!! i was shocked i said he was mistaken the cell was supposed to be ready in one hour yesterday and icouldnt collect it how come its not ready as promised. moreover why should i wait one full day for that now the next day i asked he said who told you you will get the mobile in 1 hr i said enok and he says he wouldnt have told so, i was dumb struck cos why should i lie in this matter !!@#i said come let ask him. Three counters and there in the ground floor the othr two ppl sitting there knw me cos they were clarifying with enok for over promising on 26th itself enok said it will be dont confidently.so i knew they will be there for witness so was very confident. They did tell yes this happened then enok came and said pls wait for an hour and things will be ok, i said yesterday you said it might work how come now it will work for sure he says it will i said sorry i cant wait for an hour cos i had to go for marriage and i need the cell back or give my mobile to me he said he wanted to tell not to come after an hour but he forgot i was shocked. and asked whose mistake it was he it wasnt his and i should have stayed and i made the mistake of not hanging out there for 1 full hour.i said are yo blaming and he goes i never said 1 hr thing infront of all the customers this drama is taking place now all the customers weere shocked cos he is lying in front of all the best part is yet to come the ppl his colleagues who were witness now says he never said that yesterday to get it after an hour.all three same lies i was shocked some 5 -6 customer said this place is bad on thier face and walked out, then enok starts shouting at me, why do you come here and fight like this, my father who with me was without words totally shocked and we got the celll phone and walked out throwing the job sheet on their table, then enok comes out screaming till entrance of that place stating i only did right you were wrong, i dint want continue so went home totally knowing not how to correct this total devious attitude, 100% sure these ppl dont know what customer service is, i felt very cheated and used and totally not respecting my time.In my opinion this enok is a total rowdy dont know what he is doing here, plus these ppl with him my god i am out of words.While i was starting my vehicle one customer who walked out with out giving his mobile came and thanked my for opening his eyes and said he would have slapped the guy if he did that to him.I totally have to agree with devika in this matter and even iam wondering to whom we should complain about his any global managers email id.ph no. cos there was to one to escalate this issue and as threw away the job sheet there i dont have the job sheet also.
Thanks my friend, am above to visit the nokia care center at annanagar near blue star bus stop. i have changed my mind and planning to give it to adyar nokia care.

Thanks for your patience and my suggestion is to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.
These Guys are cheats, dont go to Nokia service center Anna Nagar, 10th Street, they took Rs.450 never repaired my mobile...pure cheaters.

Save your money & time dont go near them...
