[Resolved] Nokia 5800d - 1 Red — Nokia Care unable to solve the problem | |
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I purchased the Nokia 5800 Express Music Nokia Mobile on 06th Mach 2009. After One month i found that from My mobile there is some sound came from Inside the phone. So i went to Nokia Care @ Shree Service, Jamnagar, Gujarat. They said that you have to submitted your phone here, then I submiited the same on 04th May. As per theic conversation I went to Nokia Care after 01 Day, but I found that problem is still continue. So again I submiited my phone to your Nokia Care. They sent the same to your company for repairing purpose. Now I again go to take my phone on 18th May 2009, There i checked my phone & i found that the problem is still continue. Now today again your representative said that again we have to send your phone to Nokia Company. Finally I went your Nokia Care, Shree Service @ Jamnagar, Gujarat for 05 Times. but till date my problem is not solved & already 15 days I kept my phone at your Nokia Care. my nokia 5800 d-1 have the problem of charging point. have given it to many engineers, but its still not ok...pls how can i go about it...i also need the casing and cover...how can i get all this help?

Nokia 5800d-1 Red — Missing phone
The above phone with IMEI:[protected] and vodafone mob no: [protected]was missing as soon aligting from an auto in Malad at about 1530 hours on 03 Jun 2010. Coming switched off since then. Pse cancel the mobile number and try and trace the phone towards recovery.
