The cell is getting too hot while charging and battery backup has become very low. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the battery at the earliest. i have been using the nokia service from 1 year and didnt faced any problem but now my mobile set 6030.......is regularly giving the problem as when ever i get a call then i can hear the other person's voice but my voice is not thru ..........and i cant talk with other person ................what is the problem ...........i couldnt understand .
is there ant problem with speaker or what ?
can u please tell me what should i do ?

6030 — battery trouble

I have bought a nokia 6030 on 3rd Nov'07.Now the battery is not working properly and it has swelled in the middle portion and got a queer shape.I went to the nearest nokia care centre yesterday, but they just denied to replace it.Since it is within the warranty period and I have never tampered the battery, I think nokia should replace the battery.

Hello,
I am using NOKIA 6030. My cell is not working without head phone. When head phone is not connected then call is comming but not ringing, with head phone only i can hear the ring. When i am trying to call to other people then that person is not able to hear my voice, but i can hear his voice.
A typical loop symbol is comming in the screen.

Hai it's the problem or your MIC in your mobile. If you can hear what other person is saying then there is no problem in your speaker. Do one thing connect your hands free to your moible and try to talk if other person is able to hear then its clear you need to replace MIC. Check it once.
