nokia,mobile handset 1203 — regarding the replacement of handset which is 1 month old

i purchased a nokia 1203 handset.after 4 months it showed a compliant.the handset will switch of automatically when a message will be recieved.ishowed this set to nokia care,thrissur.they told me that it is a software compliant and they changed the software,it took two days.after this the same pblm ocurred.then i showed the hand set in the same nokia care branch.they told me that it is major compliant and they will replace the set.after 15 days they replaced the set to new 1203 handset.at that time i was using another hanset so i did'nt use the new handset for 1 month.when i took the new handset for using,this one showed another compliant.the compliant was there was no stability with battery charge of the set.i have to charge it for 3-4 times a day.then i showed the handset to nokia care,kodungalloor branch.they told that it was a short circuit in the board of the handset.they also told they will replace the set within 15 days.after 15 days when i went to receive the handset,they told handset was not changed.they told me that only the board of the handset was changed.at the time of delivery when i checked the handset,i saw that the panel of the handset was deeply damaged.then they cheked it.they told they have to send the handset to delhi again for further procedures.it will also take 15 days.after i was repalced with this new handset i could'nt use it properly till date.the set was with nokia care for majority of these days.what should i do about it????
