Nokia 701 — BLUETOOTH NOT FUNCTIONING WITH LAPTOP

I Purchased My Nokia 701 from the Carrefor, City Centre Branch at Dubai. I was experincing different functions and when I was trying to transfer the date from my LAPTOP( HP PROBOOK 4530s) wtih window XP, I could not due it via blue tooth. I went to Nokia care at Dubai and they said me to wait for some time and after three hours they said, I have to leave the mobile there for observation. I did the same, to my surprise when I received the same after one week and when I chekced the same in front of Nokia rep. the same problem existing. The mobile purchase only 20 days back. I have lot of expectation on Nokia, and its goodwill and also for the customer care. Everything went wrong. Please help me to solve this problem
