[Resolved] Nokia 7210 (Supernova) — battery backup is low | |
nokia 7210 battery backup is very low and i had bought on 25.01.10, when i went to the dealer they told me to go to the nokia care center, which is very painful. after buying a product the customer should run around if there is any issues & when i asked him to exchange , he quotes Rs 2500/- that means nokia handsets are not having any resale value. this is not the service i expect from NOKIA, I NEVER RECOMMEND ANY OTHERS TO BUY A NOKIA PRODUCT. I bought a Nokia Supernova from The Mobile Store in Marthahally Outer Ring Road and as mentioned in the instruction manual charged my mobile for 8 hours for the first time and since the 2nd day the battery lasts for about 6 hours at max when fully charged with the usage being max of 20 - 30 mins max for calls. When I got back to the Mobile Store with this concern - the respose was you have to get back within 8 hours of purchasing the mobile in case you want an exchange. I have bought the mobile at 7 pm the computer bill itself displays this and as per the dealer if I need an exchange I need to retrun the mobile at 3 am (Night) --- Is the shop open at this time. (Shopkeeper has no answer to this ) above this - unless and until I charge the mobile for 8 hours for the first time, how I am supposed to know . Thus I want to caution all the common man who are planning to purchase any mobile from the Mobile Store at Marthahally Outer Ring road, please be careful, there are other better dealers in and around the vicinity who understand the value of customer and understands customer satisfaction, if not atleast does not with such foolish reasons.

Yes I have also the same issue. nokia 7210 battery backup is very low, when i went to the dealer they told me to go to the nokia care center, Nokia Care Center take my mobile back and send it to company. But Still i have same issue. My battery backup only 1 to 1:30 hour. They are not going to exchange the mobile & when i asked him to exchange, he quotes Rs 2500/- that means nokia handsets are not having any resale value.
This is not the service i expect from NOKIA, I NEVER RECOMMEND ANY OTHERS TO BUY A NOKIA PRODUCT.

dear sirA nokia 7210 supernova was purchased by me on 03/03/2009.at ballia(prakash telecom) .
there is battry backup problem in my cell and also the cell was already hanged three times
at begining of me use .
what will i do for this plz suggesed
