Nokia Handset — FM NOT WORKING

I PURCHASED THE NOKIA HANDSET 1661 BLACK COLOUR, IMEI NO [protected] ON[protected] FROM GO MOBILE, NEHRU PLACE. AFTER 4 DAYS I TRIED TO PLAY THE FM IT WAS NOT WORKING I SENT IT THERE SERVICE CENTRE MICRO SERVICES, B30A, GROUND FLOOR, KALKAJI PHONE NO[protected] ON[protected]. THEY HAD TO DELIVER THE PHONE ON[protected]. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIED THE HANDSET[protected] . EVERY TIME THEY SAYS TO CONTACT AFTER 2-3 DAYS. WOULD CONSUMER FORUM HELP ME IN GETTING THE NEW MOBILE SET FROM NOKIA AS ACCORDING TO THEM THIS IS SOFTWARE PROBLEM.

Purchased Nokica 7230 GSM mobile on 23/10/2010 from EZONE Koramangala and it has the FM radio problem and went back to the retailer shop on 26/10/2010 with the mobile Instead of replacing the mobile set they suggesting go for service .
