I BOUGHT NOKIA-7500 PYRAMID SET WITH SR NO- [protected] IN SEP-07.THIS SET WAS GIVEN TO YOUR HALDWANI AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE FOR FOLLOWIMG PROBLEMS TWICE DURING WARRANTY PERIOD ONLY.
PROBLEMS ARE-

* WHEN SOME CALLS IN, IT GIVES A MESSAGE TO CALLER THAT PHONE IS OUTSIDE THE COVERAGE AREA OR SWITCHED OFF. WHILE ON THE SET ONE CAN SEE THE FULL SIGNAL STRENGTH.

*ALSO WHILE MAKING CALL IT SHOWS "ERROR IN CONNECTION", WHILE FULL SIGNAL STRENGTH IS THERE ON DISPLAY.

AGAIN SAME PROBLEM HAS BEEN WITH THIS SET SINCE LONG . SOME TIME IT BEHAVES NORMALLY AND MAJORITY OF TIME IT IS WITH ABOVE PROBLEMS.

DURING LAST REPAIR I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER CARE BANGLORE AS WELL AND THEY HAVE GIVEN THE INDICATION THAT IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OFF.

I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THE BEHAVIOUR OF A COMPANY WHICH IS OF SUCH A HIGH REPUTE AND WISH TO CONVEY THAT THIS MOBILE HAS GOT THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND MUST BE REPLACED FREE OF COST IMMEDIATELY.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION I AM WORKING AS A GENERAL MANAGER IN A COMPANY AND AT TIMES IT BECOMES DISGUSTING TO LISTEN FROM SOMEONE THAT YOUR MOBILE IS DIFFICULT TO REACH ALL THE TIME .

IN LIEU OF ABOVE I REQUEST YOU TO GET THE SET REPLACED IMMEDIATELY.

I think there is no point in wasting your time on this site. This site is doing settlements with the companies you are complaining and deleting the complaint records from the site database.

There was a complaint on Quantum-BSO and it went for a long time. Many of the viewers participated and lot of them shared their real time experience. But then one single day, that company name and complaints on him got missing. Don't know how much these guys got from Quantum-BSO.
