Nokia Battery — Duplicate Battery supplied by Hotspot store | |
I had purchased a new battery from Hotspot store in navi Mumbai in the month of Oct 2009 . The problems reappeared within 2 months of purchase. I approached the NOKIA service center at Navi Mumbai and was shocked to learn from the manager that the Battery was Duplicate (not a genuine Nokia product)and was advised to approach Hotspot store in navi Mumbai where the battery was purchased . Finally the store agreed to replace the faulty/Duplicate battery ,but did not give a confirm date when I could get the replacement. After 10 days I approached the store today to learn that it could take some more time and that they cannot give any time frame for the same. I would advice every body to think before buying any thing fm Hot spot. Was this information helpful? | |

Nokia — duplicate battery

SIR, RECENTLY I HAD SOME PROBLEM IN MY NOKIA 7610, SO I THOUGHT IT WAS BETTER TO GO TO NOKIA CARE MANDSAUR(M.P.) BUT INSTEAD OF SOLVING MY PROBLEM THEY TOO TOOK MY ORIGINAL NOKIA BETTERY (I.E.nokia care(mandsaur) told, we had no bettery, it might be lost)
SO PLEASE I WANT YOU TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM
