[Resolved]  Nokia — No response from nokia customer care

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my nokia n78 for repaire by 12.10.08 and my job card no is 2996 .

I have already follow up many time but no body is ready to give me satisfy reply even your manager mr.bhushan and your nokia customer care head also.
When I visited your customer care center and i was surprise to see a security gaurd was handle all customer and use abuse lenguge..

There is no TAT available for repairing the mobile.

Nokia N78 — No response from your customer care

Dear nokia Team,

Still I have not received any response from your side...my mobile is in under warranty.

So I am going to logde a consumer complaint against you in cosumer court.

I am waiting for your positive reply by 2nd of december, 2008.

I'm very disturbed due to non action on my complain to NOKIA. My grievance is that no action has been taken in spite of repeated complains & numerous visits to the vendor & customer care office against BLACK line appearance on the LCD screen of my Nokia 5310 which under is under guarantee period. Point to be noticed is that LCD screen of my cell is showing three black lines on the LCD, which is very visible & distorting the appearance. I have been forced to register this complain after doing everything that I can do under given circumstances but of no avail. I have lost much of my valuable time & resources to get my cell ok but it seems at NOKIA post purchase care is non-existent.

I have purchased NOKIA 5310 xpressmusic having IMEI: [protected] against bill no 83 dated 29.03.2008 from Sri Gupteswar Enterprises, Semiliguda, Koraput, Orissa. My phone has given problem in starting on/off in June'09 2nd week. I gone to Nokia care at M/s CLP & Graphics Pvt. Ltd. Shop No. 133-134, DD Plaza Mathura on 18.06.2009. They charged Rs.50/-for checking the phone and asked that there is some software problem and will charge Rs.136/-, if repaired. After checking, nokia care told that the phone has got some hardware problem. They told that it is not possible to repair and suggested to repair the defective phone at local repair center. I have a great faith in nokia that why i choosen nokia mobile. But if in a course of 1-1.5 years, a phone has got some problem and this is the service given by nokia, its really pathatic. You are kindly requested to take necessary steps and guide me to solve my problem.

sir i hv purchase nokia mobile 5130 xpress music frm tripathi telecom shivalik nagar haridwar (u.k) india. my battery backup is too less time approx only 10 hours. i hv purchase mobile 21 sep 2009.

Nokia — no response to my complaint

i had given my handset 4 repair at akahaycare at f c road pune on 28 jul 2009 . on approaching last week also my handset was not ready ,i was told current was not there.i am facing lot of problems for not holding an handset. plz see to it as soon as possible.

i have purchase Nokia 6260 slide it work well the only thing i find it hard is to remove the battery to change my new sim card and there is no instruction in the manual until now i cant get the battery out the same thing happen to my friend.

Nokia — Non responsiveness from customer care

I had given my phone for repair at "M/s Maa Communication, Delhi" on 9th August 2010. However repeatedly the phone was returned to me without rectifying the problem and the same was retured for the 5th time to them on 21st August. Since then I am continuously being told that it would take 2-3 days for rectification.

I have been calling your customer care vide complaint number 1-[protected] since 27th August but unfortunately the responce from them is also very poor. Your service centre once says that the delay is due to non approval of estimate from the customer and another time says that spare part is not available (has to be repaired free due to bounce case). The only responce I get is that your centralised customer care can only contact and take feedback from Nokia Care centre.

On my last conversation with centralised customer care on 2nd September it was told that the phone shall be ready by 4th and I could collect the same. However on 3rd when I reported that they are still asking for 3-4 days, I got a feed back that in your database it was mentioned it will take 2-3 days and not date of 4th was mentioned. Unfortunately that I do not have any written record but you are requested to please check the voice recording.

Further none of my requests for talking to any senior have been entertained. The only thing that was told was that I visit Nokia care once again on 6th and if phone is not ready by then they shall talk to the nokia care but there is no action plan for complaint redressal.

I am sorry to say that, the market leader has become so indifferent to customer problems and has no escalation mechanism in place.

I hope this mail atleast helps and righ peaople are able to help me on the issue.
