My Nokia Mobile 5310 Xpress Music is getting hanged.I have gone to N.R.I. Comunications, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. But My problem is not solved. They couldn't detect the problem. But the problem is still the same.




It will be very grateful if you look into the matter.

actuly i am using 2600 modal phone and in this phone headphone is not support so I have gone to N.R.I. Comunications, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi & submitt it they tell that they will tell till monday that how many days it will take, we are waiting for call but no call had com then i am go to Lajpat nagar & ask for my phone progrres then they tell that i will check then i will tell u he check the phone & then he tell its make & u have enjoye then after i come at home & check the phone its not working .

i am very diapoint ke aise bhi hota hai ?

Not only one you mentioned, even East Delhi Lakshmi Nagar, / Preet Nagar is worst it has sickning envoirment. The centre stinks with stong smell and staff behaves like POLICE OFFICERS, it is non cooperative staff, I had to pull out my cell phone even before it could be inspected, horrible experience of custmore care.

yes i agree witht he complaint. i too have suffered due to the faulty service of pitampura service centre. i had got my phone's (n 96) display changed by paying rs. 3400/-. after that the keypads have stopped working or work occassionaly. when i went to the service centre on 8th aug, 2010, i was told that i have to shell another rs. 2500/- to get the keypad replaced. it is the worst service one can expect from a mobile giant like nokia
