I’m the victim of NOKIA HCL PUNJAGUTTA HYDERABAD ANDHRA PRADESH INDIA.

I have purchased two mobile phones that is made nokia 6270 {EMEI:[protected]} and {EMIE:[protected]}. It was purchased on[protected] &[protected] two mobiles now it started troubling me with a blank display my job sheet number 166205 after handing it to the nokia care punjagutta after three days I got a call that my phone was been ready to deliver after traveling a long distance when reached HCL I found that my mobile was in a same condition {blank display} when I checked it I was told that the flash board has been replaced but to my notice it was in the same condition and they claimed that they have repaired it I was sent to the same place which is a walk able distance and asked me to show there when I inquired about the feedback forms they told me that they were not available. When I asked to talked to the manager Mr.SHAKER claimed to be the manager and refused to give me the feedback forms.

Second time my job sheet number 169684 regarding the problem of speaker of my mobile phone after three days I received a call from HCL that it has been repaired and when I went to collect it to my strange oh my god my mobile was not in a condition which I have given them the panel of my mobile totally damage by the nokia care technicians which was brown in color and to my strange there were all scratches and out of shape it was totally damage and when I inquired about this they asked me to go to the person who have manufactured and when I told them to replace my panel they started arguing with me in a very rude manner and then blamed me for all the scratches and the color of my phone buttons was completely damage and they blamed me for this when I inquired about the feedback forms they again started acting as if nothing had happen and raise their hands and refused to give the feedback forms after dumping 16500 rupees and 15900 rupees I feel very guilty for purchasing the costliest mobile how ever I request the concern authority to look in the matter and to save the goodwill of the company

The Hyderabad HCL panjagutta Andhra Pradesh India contains the worst customer care executives who refuse to give the feed back forms and arguing, blaming the customers.
products of hcl are very poor in quality and the service is worst .
true they are worst kind of people to talk to .

Nokia — rude behavior of customer care executive

I bought nokia 7210 on 14.06.2009 . After sometime the phone is dead and when i contact nearest nokia care (Chaitanya communications) they refuse to check it by saying they have server problem it happens 2 -3 times. When i complaint the customer care executive of that centre about this. He behave very rudly and say u dont bother to come to this centre. There are other centre in delhi also. So i request you to take appropiate action against such rude and indecent behaviour of customer care executive.below the centre address and mobile no.

    The unersigned had purchased a nokia handset in the month of Sep.06 from Patna. Handset got some fult accordingly the set has been handedover to M/s ROOPRANG Telecom on 12.10.2006 Jobsheet no[protected]/061012/89 . The website is displaying that the set has been repaired and jobsheet is closed whereas the delivery of the above set has not been made to us.

    Font size of nokia 6233 is very small, how can i increase it. I know that the font size for massages, web and contacts can be increased but i want the overall font size larger because i have to use glasses to see them.
    I dont have that much negation about Nokia 6233, but yes its a comlicated one and i think it is a virus prone phone. I ve lost the calculator function from my phone, i think i need to fully format it. but i dont know the format code. the only code that i know is the soft format code, that is *#7780#. it doesnt do the required function. what should i do???? please guide me guys.

      I have Mobile Nokia set of 3510 (i). I had purchased one Nokia battery from Nokia Care Jabalpur on 30.10.06 which is numbered BLC-2 (3.6 V) JSR 0906 made in Hungary. The dealer told me that it was manufactured in the year 2006. He gave me the warranty of six months in written bill. Recently I checked the battery and found that it is made on date 09.01.2002. I paid Rs. 750/- for the battery. I feel that the Nokia care has cheated me. He signed on the battery and marked the date 30.10.06 manually in ink. When I contacted the firm he told me, “I am unable to help you. You may lodge my complaint in Nokia Company”. The address of the Nokia Care is as under:

      I bought my nokia 6085 last three months but within one month i faced a problem in its display the display is not working properly i gave my phone to sanger telecom to be repaired for last one month they comment that service center people saying that they are not responsible i have three nokia sets 1600;7610;6085 i am suffering because i trust your company ,your product, your costumer-care center, we have now decided to go in a consumers court this is only the last try made by us. We hope u will act on this complaint letter. I am a bank manager in a punjab national bank and i know how to deal with these people. This is my first and last letter. My son write this letter because he say the company is good. If you do not take action there will soon come a notice from court. I bought nokia 6085 from "sanger telecom tanda hoshiarpur.pin144204 . My landline no is[protected] and cell no [protected] '[protected] . I will go in court next week. If you do not take action on this complaint within a month.
      i bought my phone (5700) last month but within a month i faced a problem in its rotation part. i gave my phone to be repaired or replaed for last 17 days but nokia -people are saying as any component is not available they can't repair the phone as well as the phone is repairable, they also can't replace the phone
      i borrow my friend's phone as i don't have my phone with me.

      i spend my 12449 rupees for nothing ....................... and even i am suffering becasue i trust on this product.
      now please guide me what should i supposed to do

      NOKIA, 3230 — Not working properly

      my cell phone is not working properly, I would like to have the head office address which is located at Nodia. By which I can go for futher details , I would very appriciate on it.
      I am Nagamani, me and my husband purchased the Nokia handset 6300 on 28/07/2007 and the IMEI No. [protected] on 23/11/2007 my handset suddenly switched off.
      I thought low batter I charged 2 to 3 hrs but my set was not getting on. So on 24/11/2007 we gave this handset to your authorized service center at SANMAN MOBILE, No. 21/1, Sanman Complex, 1st Main Road, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore – 560022, Ph:[protected]. I was following up with the customer care about my handset, later on 30/11/2007 I visited your website www.namscareonline.com with my job sheet no.[protected]/071124/27, I got the report as “Repaired-Closed” immediately I contacted the service center that my set is ready. One person from service center collected my set from the L3 office on 30/11/2007. I got this information because I was following up with them to get my set, as I required my set urgently. By evening same day service center’s person called my husband and informed I got the set, so my husband requested please call back as soon as u reach the shop. He called at 6.55 PM by the time we pickup the call he disconnected, again we called the Person who called from the service center Mr. Irfan (M): [protected] to stay back 5 minutes we are in the same locality. He answered very harshly that no it is not possible to stay even 1 minute as the is till 6.30PM. Inspite requesting he was not ready to stay, so my husband went on 1/12/2007 to collect the set.
      At that time the handset is accepting HUTCH connection but not any other connection. Immediately my husband informed me regarding this and I spoke to customer care and the answer I received my your customer care is that it is not possible so lodged the complaint No. 2-2nkbzp on 1/12/2007 at 4.00 PM and to wait till Wednesday, 5/12/2007 that Mr. Irfan is playing around. My husband did not take delivery of the set and gave back the set for repair. The Job sheet no. was same. I am following up with the customer care and they tell that this set was not received by them and in service center Mr. Irfan tells us that he has send the set to L3 office. Again I called on 07/12/2007 to your customer care they require another 5 days to repair. After 5 ie., on 13/12/2007 I called to customer care they told to collect the set from the service center and when I called to service center the answer I received is that my set was scraped and I will be getting new set ie., after 15 days. But till now no response. NOKIA IS WORST & I DON’T KNOW LEAST WORD THAN THIS.

      I had purchased (gold)3230 mobile (IMEI no. [protected]) at Sangli of Pune Zone, on[protected].
      Since my mobile handset is giving joy stick (key pad)problem during operating; I had given it for the servicing at NOKIA Care (Job sheet No:[protected]/080222/7), Shree communication, shop no. 1/2, yeshogita building, near matre bridge, yerdawana, pune on[protected] and after a 15 days gap they called me to collect my mobile. when i riched at nokia care to collect my mobile, i have seen that they were giving me damaged scratchy panel, used piece (black3230)and told that your mobile is replaced due to mother bord problem. But i had gave my mobile for Joystick operating problem(this is mechanical damage not hardware issue).
      I refused to take it and asked about the new ones and at least my original mobile handset, which was 100 times best than that old handset. It is also very surprised that they don’t know where my handset went… this is the panic situation of mine I sincerely requesting you kindly look in to this and expedite matter, thinking You In My Position and arrange my own mobile handset or any new mobile, as it is under warranty.considering my original handset damaged, misplaced by NOKIA or whatever u understand. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
      we also called to Nokia care [protected], but yet not get the response. if soon i will not get the response, i will definately go throw CONSUMER COURT.

      I have given my Nokia Bluetooth "BH-200" on 3rd Mar, 08 at Nokia Care Star Mobitel pvt Ltd, South extention, part-1. for replacement as that was not working properly for which Job sheet no.[protected]/080303/9..
      I was supposed to got that before 18 march, 08..however till today I hav'nt got that back while I have visited that place more than 4 times but still each time Staff people talk rudely and ask to come next week...This is pathetic and poor services.. I am using Nokia products more than 5 years..but this is really a bad experience..Does it really take this much time???Moreover I bought that on 10th feb, 2008 that means I hardly used that bluetooth for 20 days only and now Its more than 1 month but not getting replaced.Please suggest
      I had taken a N7OM on 25 JAN 08 for 10000/- but it started giving me problem after 40days. My hand set often hang and it started working properly after removing the bettery.All the files in folder were missing and it shows no files.Again i laod all the files but after some days it appears no files found.It happens of because of regular hang of the phone.I gave it to nokia care for 4times, but the same problem is existing and they are keeping the set for month and month.I want a replaced hand set because they are just temporarly finding out the solution but i want a permanent solution.Otherwise i will file a consumer case on nokia.I am suffering because i trust the product

      Nokia/ Nokia 3230 Mobile Set — Cheating and Non repairing the set properly

      Dear Sir/ Madam

      One year back I purchased a Nokia Phone 3230 on the First Day It became blank display I requested them to change the set but they did not. After one year another problem occurred with the set that cost nearly 450 - 600 rupees. I submitted the set at Behala Nokia Care on 31.01.2008 they told me I will get back my set within 7 days. But in the mean time they have damaged the Display section again till today they are not in a position to repair the set nor they are arranging something to get back my set in a proper way and in a proper manner. Last two days back they (behala Nokia Care Centre at Kolkata) informed me that they can return the set but they will not take care of the "blank display problem" that means the display will be blank or no display within even seven days.

      I contact so many times at Bangalore to solve the problem. And they did not take any care of that. One more point is that they tampered in the receipt writing by their own handwriting using another ink. They are trying to return the set with a Blank Display problem which was not occurred by me and also the problem is not rectifiable by others and if it is rectifiable then it will make a high cost.

      Now my appeal is to you that the problem which is not occurred by me why and how I should pay for that.

      I will also send the last letter which I sent to them along with the Original and tampering receipt for your kind perusal.

      Nokia 3230 — Mobile is not working properly.

      Dear Sir,
      I bougt Nokia 3230 mobile phone from a shop in cash after 3 month in that mobile light got slow then i talk to that shop owner about this problem, he said that i am shopowner what can i do? Then i went to lucknow (UP, India) Care center for getting my mobile repaired. They did so but after 4 months mobile started fluctuation than i went to Kanpur (UP, India) for getting my mobile repaired. They recieved that mobile but after 15 days they were begging Rs. 4000 for repairing. Then i did not recieved and i denied for giving so much money becoz my mobile was in under warranty in that period.
      Please tell me that what should i do?

      corporate plan- vodafone — no clearity of voice and connectivity in market area of akola

      i am using vodafone no [protected]. till may the connectivity and voice of the mobile connection was good. Recently the voice clearity and connectivity is worst. I am complaint in the vodafone office but the responce is not good. please do the needful immediately
      i had bought nokia n-72 on 15th nov in 2007. this year on 15th of july i got a problem in disply. then i took it to the nokia care & they repaired it within 10 days. after 5 days it started with the same problem like auto switch of switch on etc. i took it to nokia care again & asked for replacement. i got replaced phone on 1st of sep. but the problem started again withen a week like no audio. auto switch on auto switch off etc. i submited again on 11th of sep & asked for replacement. i got a replaced phone on 27th of oct after 45 day & same day it got switch off. beacuse of this i am not in touch with my friends & i lost all my phone numbers.please suggest what should i do?

      NOKIA-5220 Express Music — Not returning the phone after repairing since last 1 month.

      I had submitted my Nokia phone 5220 Express Music to Nokia care RDC Raj Nagar Ghaziabad on 22 nd December 08.They said it had the problem of some IC.They said it would be returned on 29 th December 08 but havn't done it so far.
      These people give 1 year of warranty out of which they have kept the mobile for more than one month with them only and havn't returned it till today 27th jan 09.
      Please see to my complaint.

      I bought my nokia phone Nokia 5220 on 5nov08 IMEI numbre is [protected], after 15 days it was keeping hanging and memory status it was showing full as enough memory was there . than again it started and suddenly one day again it got hang so i switched off the phone and when i tried to restarted it was not getting switch on gave the message contact service. i send my cell to customer care by one of my friend in delhi they took it for one day but it was not done i kept it as it is and went to customer service of nokia on 7jan08 in agara sanjay place brance they gave me the assurance that it will be done in another 15-20 days and provided me the date of 27jan08 in mean time i called up to customer service to know the status and told them please get it done on time. so now the date comes i got call and they people told me that we are not able to give your phone today as still we do not recived that from company so i have giving them my opinion to replace my phone i need my cell back in one day otherwise day after tommarow i am going to consumer court and i will mean it if i don't get my cell replaced . i have written proof with me that i am going to get my phone back on 27jan08. this time i request you people to send my phone back or replace my phone i do not want to hassel you and myself a lote.

      I bought Nokia N-73 mobile in june 2008 from Mumbai. Since then it always had lot of issues.

      It has been swap two times. It was in Nokia care centre for 5-6 times but I am still facing the same issues.

      Issues:
      1) Battery Power ( Fully charged, It gets discharge in 7-8 hours )
      2) Camera Issue ( I am not able to take any pictures from Primary camera )

      My mobile has spent more days in Nokia Care centre than with me.

      I am waiting for your response after that i have no choice left then to go to consumer court.

      I am Shailesh Toshniwal, I had purchased Nokia 5310-M Red MD. ( Music Express ) mobile (IMEI no.[protected] ) From M/s Rohit Electronics, Akola Bill no. 7686 dt. 08/12/08.
      Since 01/06/2009 1 ) My mobile handset was automatically loose pasted body plate for music system control left side on the body 2) wright sound control button were totally close 3) key pad no. 7, 8, 9 fully not working. I wanted to give it for the servicing and repairing at NOKIA Care, ( Mr. Ajay Taori ), Infront of Dhabekar House, Ratanlal plot, Civil line, Akola. But when i was be there for complaint . Owner and staff of Nokia Care told me that Handset were damaged . And hence they wanted to collect my mobile with instruction that handset is damaged. I refused and told him that if handset is damaged then pls write and define instruction on Job Sheet how can this is damaged. They told that it is not the procedure to define all this on job sheet we only write damaged and you may signature on Job sheet. I refused and I saw that many other customers also having same type of problems hence I called to local popular media Chenel and on the same day all the interviews of customer and mine telecast. I find out that many other 5310 handset also had same problem. I like i collected two another customer having same problem within 30 min. of my presence their . Like 1) Savatram Polymar IMEI no. [protected] purchased from Rohit Electronics, akola dt. 22/01/2009. 2) C.A. Niraj Rathi . operating problem(this is mechanical damage not hardware issue).

      NOKIA SUPER NOVA 7610 — CHEATED THE COUSTMER

      i bought a nokia mobile hand set model number super nova 7610 from acharya niketan outlet in mayur vihar phase 1 Delhi on 21 may o9. call was desconnecting after every second in my new hand set i informed the shop keeper he sent me to nokia service centre to up date the software next day again he asked me to change the sim after that twice my set has gone to repair center .when i went to the shopkeeper in 24 hours why my was not replased .kindly contact me and solve my problem or i will take my matter to consumer forum.

      Nokia 5310 Exp.Music MD 8 Speaker — My MD 8 Speaker of 5310 was not accepted by Nokia care

      I have bought Nokia 5310 Music Express in march of this year . I got MD 8 Speaker with it, but i hardly played on it due constaint in time and exam schedule. When i played now i found one side of speaker is not working. When i reached Nokia care in my city(Bhubaneshar), they said we accept only handset.

      Now where I will go to have my peaker to repair.

      Dear Sir,

      Sub:- Repairing of my mobile Hand set under warranty period


      I have the honour to inform you that I had submitted my Mobile phone model N5610d for service under warranty period to Telemobile, Garima Grand, 1st Floor, Dr. B. Baruah Road, Guwahati-7 on 20.05.09. The Nokia Care centre kept my handset and given me a copy of service Jobsheet No. 2671 dated 20.05.09. On 22.05.09, the Nokia care centre contacted over phone stating that the handset could be repaired in Guwahati and the set required to be repaired at Company. Accordingly, they sent the set to Company and stated that this would take another 20-25 days time to come back from company. After 30 days, I regularly contacted Nokia care over phone but every time they stated the set had not come back from company.

      On 05.07.09, I personally went to Nokia care centre and asked about the status of my handset.       I have the honour to inform you that I had submitted my Mobile phone model N5610d for service under warranty period to Telemobile, Garima Grand, 1st Floor, Dr. B. Baruah Road, Guwahati-7 on 20.05.09. The Nokia Care centre kept my handset and given me a copy of service Jobsheet No. 2671 dated 20.05.09. On 22.05.09, the Nokia care centre contacted over phone stating that the handset could not be repaired in Guwahati and the set required to be repaired at Company. Accordingly, they sent the set to Company and stated that this would take another 20-25 days time to come back from company. After 30 days, I regularly contacted Nokia care over phone but every time they stated the set had not come back from company.

      On 05.07.09, I personally went to Nokia care centre and asked about the status of my handset.       hello this is mandar from rajapur(ratnagiri) i purchased nokia 5800 gour month back frist two month it worked fine then one day suudenly some of the music in my cell was bot playing then i went to nokia customer care they updated my softwear & told me to fornat my memory card. after few days one or twaice my cell got restarted then for the precaution i again went customer care that time they updated my softwear from v11.0 from v 21.0.025 in the store only my cell started giving me problem of auto switch off then they again updated my softwear & flush my cell but the problem was still thier they they sent my cell to main comapany when cell was came back from coampany within half n hour again started giving me same problem then i consult my one of the friend who also have 5800 he said that change your sim card then i change my sim card from vodafone to airtel after that problem is solve upto some extent problem is still thier if the cell get shake or get jurk it get switch off i dont know what to do ?
      i spent 18, 000 Rs on that for buy that cell please help me out of that problem or kindly give me replaement of my nokia 5800.

      I wanted to state a complaint aganist Nokia Care centre. Last day abnormal sounds wer hearing from my phone when i activate loud speaker. I went to Nokia Care centre which is nearest to my home, and they told that they cant take my phone as i have serviced it earlier in other Nokia Care centre. I asked them to take it and repair but they wer not willing and finally i decided to go to the Nokia care centre that i have given my phone before. After making me wait for an hour they told that its centre panel is complaint n they dont have stock and asked me to give to the other Nokia care centre near to my home. As directed by them i went there and told the thing and they took the work after making me talk to them for more than an hour. They asked me two hours time to repair it and i went back home. On reaching home they callled me up and said some glue has been put when i gave my phone to the other nokia care centre and told me it will take 25 days to get it rectified. I went back to Nokia care centre and they told that the usage of glue denies my warranty and i talked to the NOKIA number ie.[protected]. And after making me wait for another half an hour they told that they will check again and after some time they came back with my phone with all the complaints rectified. They told they have changed some parts. I lost my trust in NOKIA CARE centres. Here inthis case what is the mistake in my part? I trusted NOKIA and bought my Nokia phone. Is that the mistake i have done? NB: I will be busy from morning 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM in the evening.       I am Mohammed.Tarique residing in a small town Rajgangpur near Rourkela, Orissa.         I have purchased a mobile, Make-Nokia, Model No.- 6020, Sr. No. [protected] in the name of my daughter Moupriya Ghosh in August,2006 from Kolkata.
        The set was suffering from several troubles like ringing tone, alert, audio quality, video quality in November,2006. So I visited Nokia service centre HCL Infinet, 37 Shakespeare Sarani,Kolkata-700 017, Phone no.[protected] for repairing/replacement of the handset in the same month.After repairing of the handset the said service centre assured verbally that no such trouble will be found in future during handing over the repaired set to me.
        Again the similar problem has occured in the month of June,2007 and set was handed over to the same service centre on 12/06/2007 against job sheet no [protected] with a request to replace the set as it appears that the set is inherent defective one due to the repeatation of the similar trouble. But the service centre returned the set after repairing without replacement.
        As a matter of regret this is to be noted that same troubles again appear on 10/10/2007.
        The above fact establish that the set is a inherent defective one.
        As such I am claiming the replacement of the set by new one with free of cost.
        Kindly advise further course of action from my part.

          they handle it to me after aweek i paid 1850 for that .after one week it occured same problem. igive it again to nokia care center. from that time they cant repair it yet and the phone also there some time they say come that day again says come next day again come that day

            I have nokia 3230 handset (IMEI No:[protected]). I bought it from nokia priority shop vadodara on april-2006.After using 5 months i got a problem related to display and camera application.So, i shown it to the authorized person at surat nokia care.The camera problem was solved but the display problem was still there, so then i shown it to the vadodara nokia care on the date 15th November 2006.Because it is nearer to my home.

            At first they could not solve the problem so they sent it to the Nokia Care Headoffice Ahmedabad (Gujarat) three times, but still the problem was there.During this period i called weekly to the nokia care vadodara, but there reply was very irresponsible.On the phone they ware telling me that the handset is ready but when they delivered to me the problem was still there.This whole process took 2 months during this period, they even not given me the stand by mobile because they ware not having.I visited the Nokia care 10 to 12 times for solving that problem but i found no progress.

            Whole this last 3 months i suffered a lot by time,money ,petrol and loss in business because i was not having any mobile.

            So, herewith this mail i want to acknowledge you people sitting there at nokia Head office (india), that at Gujarat (Vadodara Nokia care) i suffered a lot due to such problems.Who is responsible for that?
            I have bought a nokia phone model no. 6260 & Serial No. [protected], I have given four times to nokia center but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to nokia service center District Centre, Lucknoe uttar pradesh in India for repairing. They took one month twenty five days to gave it back to me after committing one week. Apart from that its still having same problem. I got really frustrated from this company bcoz they are doing nothing and my warranty period about to expire........

            I have request to all the mobile users please do not purchase any type of nokia mobile. now nokia manufacture very low and bad quality of mobile.

            All the mobile have very poor quality. And service center do nothing for nokia customer. He has not any satisfactory answer for your mobile: it says only your mobile is only under repair kindly check the status on next working day.

            I had purchased a nokai phone (6265 CDMA, cost 16000)
            The camera of that phone had a problem in all the 6265 models.
            Along with, i got the phone with other problems(slider problems, and the charger slot was lose, so it wudnt charge the battery)

            I must have already visited nokia care atleast 5 times, but still my phone has all major problems (camera problem n slider)

            Its a pain visiting nokia customer care. U have to be in the queue for 1-2 hrs to submit the phone, get rude behaviour from the staff n get the phone in unrepaired or even worse condition...

            I SAY PPL lets move to comsumer court !!

            Nokia is the worst Brand i've come across. No after sales service atall.               Hi Revathi,

              Thanks for your inputs. Could you please let me know if I can counter check with any senior person regarding the reason for the defect.
              I already mentioned that its a very very very small blue color spot/mark which is even hard to see and that is also near to the charger slot (no other mark).
              I would like to confirm if issue is really because of what your Nokia Care Center reprecentative is saying.
              It shows us a dictatorship of Nokia Care and customers have no other option in this kind of situation.
              Nokia made the rules and Customers have to abide by the rules of Nokia.

              The only options left for us/customer is either go to consumer court for our concern and/or educate the people that you should not go with NOKIA.
              Anyway thanks for the feedback, as a part of big corporate I'll start educating my colleagues in India first and then World Wide.

              Finally, we are still awaiting if you have any/final feedback for US/Customers for the satisfaction.

              I purchased new Nokia E50 Handset from Nokia handset reseller in Chandigarh. I started facing problem with this handset from the beginning and reported the issue to one of Nokia Care center. I visited same Nokia center situated at Sector 35, 2 times continuously for different problems 2 consecutive days. After the delivery of the product I am again facing problem with this handset. When I visited same Nokia Care center today and I totally disappointed by the comments of the technical person that your Hand Set is dipped in liquid. Just to update you the set was never place even near to water. I do agree if some kind of humidity may enter the set because of Air Condition Room. The person shows me a very very very very small blue colored particle stating me this blue partical shows the problem is because of liquid and the service will be chargeable. I immediately asked to pack the set and now condition of my set is the same as one of your technical people handover to me.

              May I ask you if I can visit some of your higher authority person who can again have a look on my handset and guide if liquid is the exact problem?

              Also, it shows us a dictatorship of Nokia Care and customers have no other option. Customers have to abide by the rules of Nokia.

              Further, I and my family using Nokia handsets from 4 years and I am waiting for helping hand from Nokia Services

              Nokia E 50 — Phone not functioning properly

              Hi,

              I am using Nokia E 50 for past 5 months and am comtinously facing problem with the hand set. It gets hanged very frequently and has been thrice given to Nokia Care center for repair. First they upgraded the S/W but still the problem persistes, secondly again they did something and gave it back that it is perfectly working fine and again the third time when I had given it to them, after keepinng the phone with them for 20 days, today they are sayng that it is a H/W problem and I need to pay Rs. 500 to get it fixed. Still no guarantee that the phone will function well. I need to know why Nokia which is a trusted brand is giving such a pathetic service. And why my problem is not resolved properly with due care at the first instance. And why after 3 times repair if the problem still persisted the phone was not replaced. Using Nokia for 4 years now I am very disappointed with this kind of response.

              Sir I am regular user of nokia since 8 years in different models.This time I had purchase mobile E 50 model from ahemdabad as business hone in june 2007 but just after three months I got problem of sound/software hangup and connectivity problem.I sent to Nokia dealer in Udaipur Rajasthan in sept 2007 .After one month I got piece back .After 3 month again same problem is coming and now its unbearable loss in business.I think this model is not working properly that, s why company stopped in one year only.Now what i have to do with this phone since it is in warranty period.I am not able to leave again to dealers and he will agein take one month without phone.either replace with another phone or give me substitue phone so that my communication will not disturbed.Since I am regular customer do not make my mind to other company due to service only.Just now I am living in BHILWARA RAJASTHAN INDIA WAITING FOR REPLY

                I have purchase nokia 5300 from delhi about 4 months ago I have submitted the mobile phone thrice to nokia customer in Agra and delhi but I am not satisfied by the service they have provided. In the last time when I deposited my mobile phone they have charged Rs 850 from me as they say your mobile has lost its warranty because of physical temparing but sir I want to say that I have not open my mobile phone personaly it is only opened by nokia care engineers.

                    I mohit jain having a nokia 6255 CDMA set got a troble in handset and have given to VENUS COMMUNICATION(Nokia Care Center) 37,DDA Market phase 3 Ashok Vihar Delhi-110052 Ph[protected] as on 03/10/07, job sheet no 033 under the name mohit jain , IMEI/ESN No 033/10287997 for repairing they told me that there is a problem in display IC so it should be replaiced and given me the estimate Rs650 so i have given them my handset and they have called me after two days after two days on 05/10/07 when i showed the job sheet no 033 that told me that your phone cannot be repaired and it is dead when i saw the phone it was totally dead and i told them when i have given them there was white light comming and phones are comming on the screen now phone is totally dead then they told me come after two days we will again return you what condition you have given us, Is this nokia care all about,what is the use in giving the sets in nokia care they have dead my phone and the behavoir of person sitting over there was very bad,What should i do now?.

                      I am writing to you after trying my best to get my issue resolved with Nokia Priority Dealer at Ahmedabad.

                      I had purchased Nokia Cellular Phone N 70 from Nokia Priority Dealer, Cell-Care, GF/2, Piyuraj Chambers, Near Swastik Cross Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-9.,Tel:[protected]/26441538,Email:[protected]@icenet.co.in, on 9th August 2007 vide invoice number 731, invoice signed by Kavita.

                      I was told by the dealer that he will provide 1GB memory card with N70 model which I purchased.I purchased the mobile phone at the closing hours of 9 th August 2007. The dealer was in hurry to close shop.He downloaded few ringtones on my card and gave me.

                      After a week when I was checking memory of my card, I found that it was 128mb only and not 1gb as promised by the dealer.

                      I went to him and informed him about this. He assured me that in couple of days he will get back. I went twice again to request him to give my 1gb card and take back 128mb card but he kept on giving excuses. Finally now he has refused to give me my 1gb card saying that this is old issue and he don't remember anything like that.

                      This is not question of money but it is case of clear cheating with customer.

                      May I request you to kindly look into this matter and oblige please.

                          I purchased one NOKIA 2626 MOBILE SET - Copper and Black Color (IMEI No.[protected]) in July, 2007 from Hot Spot, Shalimar Bagh and never stopped repenting the same.

                          With great anguish, I am to state that the above-mentioned set was not working properly since starting. Also, we found problem in its back cover which compelled us to visit to your office. We handed over this set to you and made you aware of this fact on August 08, 2007.

                          You issued one Job Sheet No.767 and informed that we should ask tomorrow. We visited you the next day and you told us to visit after 2-3 days. Since then we have been visiting you frequently and you have not been able to give us a particular time. Moreover, it is a matter of shame that after lapse of one month, we do not know what is the fate of this set. Is this the way NOKIA claims caring its customers?

                          Keeping the above in view, you are requested to kindly get the mobile set Checked & serviced perfectly to avoid unwanted problems.                               I have registered my battery no twice online for replacement as per the advertisement but still it is not replaced. As per the public advertisement in news paper i have visited thrice at nearest nokia care centre ( Herry communications,85 Nalanda complex, Nr Mansi Tower, Premchandnagar, Ahmedabad) but the response is that the company is providing 75 batteries and that too on saturday only between 11 to 12. And stock gets exhausted before 11.
                              I was planning for buying a new nokia mobile but after experiencing nokia's service i have changed my plan.

I have also contacted the nokia care center here in imphal, they say the new replacement battery should be inside that envelope which you sent but I found none in there. consequently, I have also made a complaint to the post office whether they have taken out the battery first and delivered it to us but they refused the charge.                               This battery was covered under replacement scheme. I have applied for replacement at that time through internet.

                              Today i.e on dated 27.03.08, I have received the cover through U.P.C from NOKIA INDIA PVT LTD. C/o DHL Lemuir Logistics Pvt Ltd, Central Warehousing Corporation, Godown No 5A & 5B Rana Pratap Baugh, Opp S.B.I Colony, DELHI-110033 but when I opened the cover there was only corrugated plastic along with rubber & no battery inside along with the letter for returning of old battery.

                              Hence this is simply cheating done with me by NOKIA. You are not giving me a new battery & you want me to send the old battery to you.So shall I stop using mobile? How is it possible? Is this the Customer Satisfaction you provide?

After seeing in the news I have checked my battery no. of BL-5C battery and found that it should be replaced by a new one and for that I filled the form found in the website of Nokia many times but till now no replace ment of battries is done

                              I logged a request on net dt 26 Sept 2007 for the replacement of my BL-5C battery. After that i had called up several times to B'lore[protected] request nos 2/3BAHW dt 2 Sept 08 and request no 2/3CLTTH dt 16/9/08 for the same. So many times they have not given me the any request no. Every time i am told a new story by customercare executice.                               I purchased Cell 3600 from Hot spot Noida. Date of purchase is13/12/2008. My cell was put to charged but after that it could not be opened. I launched my comaplint with nokia care and got the new replacement on 16/02/2009. But with new battey also proved to be bad and my cell is of no use at present.

                              I purchased a Nokia 5130 on 07/10/2009. The battery(BL - 5C) is giving me problem since the day i purchased the handset. I visited the nokia care on 13/10/2009 for replacement of battery but the lady in nokia care (girish park) checked the handset and updated some softwares, i asked her to replace the battery but she said it will be done next time if i face the problems. The problem was not solved so i visited the nokia care again on 16/10/2009, this time also my problem was not solved they said server is not working and i should come on monday. i visited the centre again on 19/10/2009 (monday), this time again my problem was not looked into because of the same server problem.
                              The nokia care is just not ready to solve the problem and their attitute towards customers is rude. Nokia being the biggest handset manufacturer in India, if such problems cant be solved or taken care of then there is no point in buying the handset. The company should take action against the care centre where they dont know how to deal with customers and solve the problems.
                              I expect a positive reply and some action against this.

                              I AM FED UP WITH NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE. AFTER PYING RS 12000/- FOR THE INSTRUMENT THE PHONE HAS BEEN WITH NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE FOR 2 MONTHS OUT OF MY THREE MONTHS OWNERSHIP.

                              sir i have purchaged a Nokia handset (Nokia 1661) from aditi communication on 4th Nov. 2009 (invoice no 6038 ) .But since beginnin i am facing some problem regarding call, low voice from set,taking more time to charge mean whenever i attend any call, set gets switchoff, so i visited your customer care center .they repaired it but the problem was the same then i again went to them with the same problem many times but all was in vain . i asked them about the problem then they told me that its battery problem then i asked them why you did not inform me first time when i came to you and if it was a battery problem then whyyou kept only handset and handedover me the battery many times whenever i aproachedyou .At that time they were not having any kind of proper answer.i told them if it was a battery problem then change the battery or do accordingly then they told me that battery can not be changed because it is not having its logo.i told them that when the battery inserted into the mobile set and out from the mobile set many times then logo has shifted form its original place and affixed to near by place but it was not completly affixed hence it has lost while inserting or putting out from the mobile set .I have complaint on the following issues. 1. the behavior of the staff was very rude and i feel so ashmed to visit the care cente.2.                               Nokia Care — more than 2 weeks, still not get battery replaced

                              I Submitted the Nokia BL4C Battery for replacement in Nokia Care on 13th Nov. Its 29th Nov and still they are saying that battery has not come yet. Everyday i am calling Nokia care center for enquiry but everyday the same status is responded from their side that still it has not come. I am facing lot of problem with this. The Nokia care service in Rohtak is very pathetic. They take too much time for the things to get replaced(around 3 weeks or more).

My handset got Switched OFF on 09/05/2012 and after that it did not get Switched ON. So, I went to Nokia Care Center at our nearest branch(Surat, Bhoolka Bhavan) on 10/05/2012, I showed my handset and explained them my handset problem. As per their checking handset battery (BL-4D) got faulty, and they informed me to replace the battery.

                              As I purchased the handset just 8 months before & if battery becoming faulty within mere 8 months of period then it is a serious issue of battery quality & handset made by Nokia. Further, there is no signs of physical damage of battery due to blast or over charging, as per Nokia Care Center Engineer/Representative.

                                  Sir,
                                  I have purchased Nokia-E62 of your company make by considering your brand of much repute by ignoring all the other companies. It may not be out of place to mention here that i am using mobile services since the day of beginning when using of mobile was considered as a luxury in India and from day one i have got the same number and i am using your brand since then Nokia i.e. 3310, Nokia 1100, Nokia 6800, Nokia E62. As i need keyboard of the whole digits firstly, i got Noika 6800 which is still working with my clerk. But when i saw your add in the paper i opted for E62 but it didnt work properly. I purchased the mobile set on[protected] against bill no.3591 bearing set no.[protected]. But the same got a defect in the month of June 2007 upon which i contacted Nokia care center situated at shop no.1, Ranjit Plaza, Bhupindra road, Patiala. Those people kept my mobile for than a fortnight and when I contacted them thrice, they told me that your mobile is under survillence and we will infrom you later on which they didnt bother. Again I contacted them at their shop where one of the person sitting there told me that it has got some water retention and they will charge Rs.1400/- for getting the mobile OK. Having no option i had to pay Rs.1400/- but under protest as my mobile set was still under guarantee period it was new set and there was no question of any water retention. When I demanded receipt for the payment, the person sitting there very reluctantly issued the receipt. Thereafter again I was asked to come after a fortnight but again the mobile was not got set right by them and i was asked to contact in the next week. Again when i contacted on the next week, I was given my hand set but that was again not working. Again it was given to them which they returned to me after a fortnight but without yielding any result. When I lodged my protest again they took it and kept it with them which they returned after a week but that was without any result. Now again the mobile set is with them for more than a month and my repeated telephone reminders, visits proved futile. Every time I had a talk with Mr. Harjinder Singh (Mobile no.[protected]) and every time he would say that i will send a mail to the company to get you a new mobile. Seeing no alternative now i have lodged a protest with your good self hoping that you will replace my mobile with new set. I being a professional person does not have enough time to visit time and again at Nokia care and get the same reply and that too without any of my fault. The receipt no. vide which they have charged Rs.1400/- is 2228 dated[protected]. So soliciting a favourableand prompt action from your side this time.

                                  Nokia - E62 — Nokia - (Service Centre) Duping People.

                                  Last Week, A Friend of Mine Visited Me With his E62, that is just brought three Weeks Back, Asking Me to Check His Mobile, If There was Any Virus In It.

                                  I gave it a Try by Loading My Favorite 100 % Fool proof Kaspersky. And Told Him there were none.

                                  The Problem with the Mobile was that, somehow the Joystick did not work and the Email Key Got Depressed (Depressing is the Correct Word ...IT WAS indeed a depressing Experience) automatically on the thought of pressing Any Other Key.

                                  I told him, as the Set was under warranty, I better not put my screw driver to it and rather asked him to take him to a nearest service centre.

                                  Next Day Morning, The First Customer ( Bakra .. I will call him henceforth ) at the Service Centre, was my dear friend( Sometimes, even I hate his punctuality, and I think, even he regrets now). Welcomed with a cheesy smile, the phone was documented and taken for repairs.

                                  Within a Sparkle of time, the Service Centre Operator Came Up With a Glee and a Sparkling Smile, that There is Water Logged in the Cell. ¿ . My Friend just sunk with his heart in the Logged Water as the So called Service Centre Executive ( Executioner) mentioned.

                                  The Phone Just Bought in Summer and the Friend is not a person to carry his Cell in the Loo, where most people drop them, while exchanging SMSes, asked him to show the damage.

                                  After Few minutes of waiting, He Got to See the Flooding in the cell phone, All Clogged in Water. My Friend Was So Surprised and Speechless. The Service Centre Was a Good Psychoanalytic kind of person, who told him, look, the Chip need to be replaced and will cost him 900 bucks.

                                  My Friend, seeing no other options, gave him a go. By the Time in an Hour he contacted me and explained me the scenario, I asked him to bring back the Handset At Once. This Bakra, went back asked him the handset. ...LO and Behold!!!(Sometime, i do like to use the wordsworthian) "Your Handset is ready Came the Reply" So Prompt for a Service like Nokia ...

                                  Chip Did he Replaced? The Gentlemen Will fully told him that it is a Crystal IC (my version: Integrated Circuit) / (Their Version: I’ll Cash)]. I told him to Ask the number, which was not provided by him, saying it is called a Crystal IC. Even a Part Number was Not Given, Which I am sure of Every Engineering Company Follows.

                                  Being An Engineer Myself, I have never seen an IC, which are not numbered. Secondly I hardly believe that the Service of the Said Part Did ever happen, as the instruments for Soldering such a precision Component would never be there in such a small service centre.

                                  Now, the Phone Lies at the Service centre, waiting to be done by their Head Office Repair Centre.

                                  The Atrocities of the Nokia Service Centers:

                                  1. First Problem 8 Out Of 10, they will point out Water Logging and Water Clogging.

                                  Never take this service Centers By their Words. Ask them to Pack it up and Go to another. Most reliable one i found is at Andheri Sakinaka in Mumbai, which I assume is not a franchise like the one, my friend got webbed.

                                  The Incident Happened At the Cellular World Borivali Shimpoli Service Centre Near Gokhale College and I think it is a High Time These Service Centers get ethical to their business, else, they will have to face a consequence, that will drag them down on the roads.


                                  While My Friend Still Waits For the Handset to Come Back. With No Real Feedback .Please Pass this Story To Every One You Know, I am Sure Each One Of Has Been A BAKRA once or many times by these Crooked Nokia Service Centers.

                                    Mam, in the month of March – (Dt. 31st march 2007) I by a nokia set model nokia6630 from SINGH BANDHU STORE, Faizabad, but within two month this set is creating hanging problem, due to some my family problem ( my wife ill that time, she is pregnant and facing blood clotting problem , at this time she is not feeling good and facing same problem, due to this I am facing huge money problem) I have no tome to check this set at NOKIA Care , but when this set creating a huge hanging problem then in the month of sep 2007 (dt 3rd sep 2007) I’ll give this set in NOKIA care Varanasi,they repair this set but the problem is as it is.
                                    When I am requested to Mr.Durga Mishra North Head NOKIA many times, then they replace the set, but again this set is creating hang problem. Then I’ll again submit the set at Nokia care Varanasi and as per SMS of mr.durga mishra he commit me that in one month they give me Nokia N70, because in nokia 6630 a huge hanging problem.

                                    But mam, this is too much time taking by this company and as per my problem; I am unable to bye a new multimedia set. Mam for this set I invested more then ten thousand rupees , this is a huge amount for me and in this time I am in a job who want a mobile with memory card because we have a lot of work of memory card, with memory card I am unable to do my job in a write way.

                                    Mam, I have no any other way to solve my problem, so I’ll mail you because you are like our mother and I want your kind attention in this regard.

                                    I want to your kind attention in a problem creating by some person of NOKIA Company due to this I am penalized by the employee of this company.. Because this is a very big company and I am unable to face this type of big company so I’ll complain by you.

                                    Mam, in the month of March – (Dt. 31st march 2007) I by a nokia set model nokia6630 from SINGH BANDHU STORE, Faizabad, but within two month this set is creating hanging problem, due to some my family problem ( my wife ill that time, she is pregnant and facing blood clotting problem , at this time she is not feeling good and facing same problem, due to this I am facing huge money problem) I have no tome to check this set at NOKIA Care , but when this set creating a huge hanging problem then in the month of sep 2007 (dt 3rd sep 2007) I’ll give this set in NOKIA care Varanasi,they repair this set but the problem is as it is.
                                    When I am requested to Mr.Durga Mishra North Head NOKIA many times, then they replace the set, but again this set is creating hang problem. Then I’ll again submit the set at Nokia care Varanasi and as per SMS of mr.durga mishra he commit me that in one month they give me Nokia N70, because in nokia 6630 a huge hanging problem.

                                    But mam, this is too much time taking by this company and as per my problem; I am unable to bye a new multimedia set. Mam for this set I invested more then ten thousand rupees , this is a huge amount for me and in this time I am in a job who want a mobile with memory card because we have a lot of work of memory card, with memory card I am unable to do my job in a write way.

                                    Mam, I have no any other way to solve my problem, so I’ll mail you because you are like our mother and I want your kind attention in this regard.

                                    Mam, in the month of March – (Dt. 31st march 2007) I by a nokia set model nokia6630 from SINGH BANDHU STORE, Faizabad, but within two month this set is creating hanging problem, due to some my family problem ( my wife ill that time, she is pregnant and facing blood clotting problem , at this time she is not feeling good and facing same problem, due to this I am facing huge money problem) I have no tome to check this set at NOKIA Care , but when this set creating a huge hanging problem then in the month of sep 2007 (dt 3rd sep 2007) I’ll give this set in NOKIA care Varanasi,they repair this set but the problem is as it is.
                                    When I am requested to Mr.Durga Mishra North Head NOKIA many times, then they replace the set, but again this set is creating hang problem. Then I’ll again submit the set at Nokia care Varanasi and as per SMS of mr.durga mishra he commit me that in one month they give me Nokia N70, because in nokia 6630 a huge hanging problem.

                                    But mam, this is too much time taking by this company and as per my problem; I am unable to bye a new multimedia set. Mam for this set I invested more then ten thousand rupees , this is a huge amount for me and in this time I am in a job who want a mobile with memory card because we have a lot of work of memory card, with memory card I am unable to do my job in a write way.

                                    Mam, I have no any other way to solve my problem, so I’ll mail you because you are like our mother and I want your kind attention in this regard.
                                    Kindly do the needful in this regard. You are god for me .kindly help me.

                                      i have nokia N72 the output audio quality of my handsfree is worst i visited nokia care rajnagar(gzb)first time they change my hands free in 5 days after 5 days the problem rest unsolved and they suggest me to visit noida nokia care where nokia care said that there is no problem in your phone.but i really have problem.
