Nokia — Pathetic Service

I had given my Noika 2670 (ESN/IMEI NO [protected]) to Nakia Care Center in Mulund on 28th July for repair. The cell phone was unable to connect as it showed NO Network coverage. I have been following up for quite some time now (was told will happen within 10 days) but no result. I am alwasys told it will take some more time. the phone is still under warranty. the service is really pathetic something i did not expect from Nokia

Hi, i am Abhay Gupta, I had bought a nokia phone model no. N-95 & Serial No. [protected], I have given this handset once as the SMS were neither going or Coming to nokia center, Noida but still is not working properly,. They took one month to give it back to me on commitment of one week. Apart from that its still having same problem. I am really frustrated from this company and kind of service you are providing bcoz they are doing nothing and my warranty period is about to expire, please Help as after warranty period you will start charging the Money from me and I ll have to stuck with the same defective handset.

Nokia — Pathetic Repair Service

I bought Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic last year in november.It got conked out last month.When I took it to nokia care they returned it saying it was due to virus and they have formatted it.In less than 3 hrs it went bad again.I again went there, they asked me to enquire about it after a week.Then they started to lie every time I called them.Atlast I emailed nokia and my set was returned to me on 7/08/08. Again in less than 3 hrs it went to same problem.
I again emailed and they told me that they will contact me in 48 hrs. This process is getting repeated for past week.I will see for 2-3 days more.After that i will have to go to consumer forum
I had given my mobile phone - 6110 for service within warranty period on the 1st dec 08 (this was coz the navigation was not working and phone used to hang when i open the radio application and the outgoing audio had some problem) and was assured that i would get the handset repaired and delivered within 15 days..that too they were not ready to give me a standby phone.
15th dec i gave a call to the service ppl and they confirmed that the mike (for outgoing audio) is fixed and that they are checking the navigation.
22nd dec they confirm that it cannot be covered under warranty coz of water logging..when there has been no reason for water logging how can this issue occur? does nokia have such reasons for all phones which come for service within warranty? pathetic service is what NOKIA gives..shame on NOKIA
I have purchased Nokia 5610 Express Music Handset on 1st June, 2008. After about six months, I started facing number of problems with the handset such as blank display and cell hanging. Hence, I gave my handset in Nokia Care (MOBI QUEST) located at Ameerpet wherein they repaired the piece and delivered it to me after a week or so. I was satisfied with the way the set was repaired then but later after two months there was same problem with the piece. I again rushed to the same Nokia Care and gave my cell again for repair. The so called technicians told me that it would take nearly 10-15 days to repair the piece as display cards were out of stock. After a week, I made a call to the Nokia Care where I got to know that I will be getting replacement since there was some problem with the board of my phone. I was happy that finally i will get a new piece but the saddest part was that the phone started giving troubles right from the day I took it from the Care centre. It suddenly gets switched off atomatically and everytime it gets switched off I have to take the battery out and place it again and switch on the cell. After a week, the phone got totally switched off. I went to give the mobile again at Nokia Care where a technician told me that it was because of virus that the mobile got switched off. So I asked him to clean the virus and give because it is a just a matter of 10 minutes. He first told ok and then told me some cock and bull stories that download was going on and it will take two days to clean the virus. The two days are over and he still could not rectify the problem. I also got to know that replacement doesnot mean giving a fresh piece but they give a old piece (which is thouroughly tested at Nokia Service Centre but I am sorry say that even their Service centre doesnot diagnose the problems properly and rectify them) whose age is unknown to the customer
If I knew before hand that Nokia gives such pathetic services to its customers I would have never invested Rs. 12000 on a Nokia mobile.

Nokia — did not repair my iphone within warranty period

ON 30 APR 2009 MY PHONE(NOKIA 3110 C) HAS BEEN RECEIVED FOR THE REPAIRING AT THE ASANSOL NOKIA CARE.AFTER 20 DAYS WHEN I WENT TO GET MY SET BACK THEY SAID THAT UR PHONE IS NOT BEING REPAIRED DUE TO UNAUTHORIZED REWORK.WHO THE FOOL BEING IN WARRANTY PERIOD WILL MAKE REPAIR FROM THE PRIVATE BY GIVING MONEY.I WANNA KNOW WHY U GIVE WARRANTY IF YOU DON'T DO UR PROMISE.

its high time nokia should change their employees at service center especially at the dwarka center [spl ref: Mr.Kamal Agrawal]

i bought nokia 5610 last month[may'09] the shift screen option of my phone got dislocated. i went to dwarka care center for its repair. they told me to collect it within two days, i went after 5 days [i was out of town] still they did not repair it and told me we would call u once we fix it.After waiting for a week i went again and got the same response. After a lot of arguments i got back my cell at the end of the month.
must say pathetic service!!!
it dint end there.they fixed the button so tightly, that with one shift the whole button was into pieces ...well are we really suppose to trust the quality of nokia care??
more over when i went back to them they argued saying its a damage that i have caused .well it was so...i wana know why did i have the same problem with the same button, why dint any other part of cell broke!! What really shocked that Mr kamal knew i hada point and i was right, still he came up with excuses like, you must have dropped the phone, or maby u slipped it into your pocket without taking care...well well...
its quite upseting that we have to meet such corrupt people who know that they wrong and donot wanna accept it and rectify their mistakes...
i shudder being a nokia customer !!
i stay in mulund mumbai.My headset had an problem so i went to the nokia gallery for help but the way the attendant guy was talking to me really made me angry.when i explained him about the problem he said it will take 2 months for the headset to be replaced, I then gave my headset to them.After 2 months the headset which they gave me was in pathetic condition when i asked the attendant about it he said its ok we supply such headsets, & today i dnt have any headset.i mean original one.I prefer using the duplicate ones instead of such crap which nokia offers.Nokia's mobile phones are really good but the service which they provide is pathetic not even pathetic but its worst.

Nokia — shifting down

my mobile is shuting down automaticaly when is in my pocket

It's been 5 days since i bought Nokia lumia 920. Nokia calls it as "Most innovative Phone" and i see that it's more innovative in providing pathetic handset like this.After i bought it, i encountered n no.of problems. Camera doesn't work, Video doesn't tilt, phone freeze's when pressing the down volume button, Panaroma works only sometimes and finally when talking over the mobile voice is not clear.

I bought it in Croma and today i visited Nokia care to see if they can fix it(job sheet number :[protected]/130316/26; NCC : 672_504867). All they told me is that they need to send it to Nokia center and then would confirm whether they can fix it or can replace it. They told me that this total process will take 8-10 days and gave me a first generation Nokia mobile(after i busted out) as a replacement till then. which itself is awful.

As a customer i expect to get this replaced quickly of fixed quickly. Nokia can't expect it's new customer to sit idle for 10 days. it's Pathetic. I strongly don't recommend this phone to anyone. This was the first time i moved from iPhone to the "most innovative phone" and this is the result . I repent for moving from iPhone. truly unhappy with this.
