[Resolved] Nokia C5 - 03 — Malfunctioning of NOKIA C5-03 set | |||
Date: 18.10.2011 Sir My son Mr Sukesh is your customer and he has purchased a set ie C5-03 touch screen (EMI [protected]) from Sandesh communications Gulbarga on 7th June 2011. Since the set was having problem reg speaker we gave the same to your service centre at Gulbarga and they repaired the same and gave it back Now we are having one more problem. The set is getting auto switch off. Because of this we gave it to the service centre (manual job sheet no 310) for getting a new set and the service centre people assured us orally that it will be sent to Delhi. This one happened on Sept 2, 2011. Yesterday (sep 19) I went to the Nokia care service centre (ie SLV enterprises) in Gulbarga, Karnataka. Then they gave an old set to me. After a few minutes they called my mobile number (ie[protected] and told that by error they have given the old set. Then the manager came to my office (Prajavani Kannada Daily) and handed over the real set to me. But I was surprised to see that the touch screen panel was very slow. The attitude of service centre is very much hurting me and the mobile is still problematic. The haunting questions are 1. Why the service centre has not sent the set to Delhi? 2. How the touch screen became slow? Is there a chance to change the touch screen panel and replace the same with old one? 3. When I contacted about this complaint to Bangalore the centre people were not ready to give the number of Centre head. Why Nokia is careless about their customers? This type of attitude is hurting me. Nokia — Malfunctioning of C5 Handset
SirI have purched a new Nokia C5 Hand Set from Kooper Gifts Chittorgarh. This handset got shutdown automatically and stop funtioninig. I have given to Nokia Care for checking. From there it was send to HeadOffice for repairing. The Handset was returned after 20 days. Again same problem occured in the hand set. I have given it to Nokia Care. Detail is as below-

Sir I want this mobile to be replaced with new one or my money back. Beasuse this New handset got complete dad twise within four month of purchase and which was even could not be repaired my local service station of Nokia Care. It means this perticuler Handset is not as per quality standard and getting defective regularly.
Please look in to the matter and help me for Justist.
