[Resolved] Nokia C5 — Regarding service | |||
Sir/Madam, This is very unfortunate that i have bought a Nokia C5 bearing the IME No. [protected] just a year ago but it gave me troubles continuously. It became very hot whenever it was connected with the charger, this was found in the month of Aug.2011 & it was serviced as it was under warranty period. But it turned into the same problem & it was again got serviced from the authorized service centre on 26/09/2011. After a few days it again generated heat whenever it was switched on & finally it didn't response when i try to switched on . I again submitted the handset in Citytel Services, Kolkata-14 on 23rd of November,2011 bearing the Job Sheet Number[protected]/111123/9. Their expert estimated that it will be charged Rs.1500.00 to turn the hanset in active mode and they advised me to take the set from them on the same day. This is very unfortunate that this is the middle of Feb,2012 but there is no response from the service centre. If I call them they just answered me that it will take some time as the spare part is not available. Therefore I think that I have become a great fool by purchasing the brand of "NOKIA" as it unable to provide service of its own handset. Hence my earnest request to the authority to look into the matter so that i can get back my handset in active mode before I have to take any "Legal Action". Thanking you.
