[Resolved] Nokia — NEW BATTERY NOT HOLDING CHARGE | |
I purchased a new Nokia battery (BL-6C) worth Rs 1450 from Hot Spot Retails Pvt Ltd from 189, Channi Complex, shop no 3. Model Town Jalandhar. the batt was bought on 29 Mar 08 and within one month, it has started to show reduced holding of charge. though initially i felt that it may not be true but now it is confirmed that the batt does not last 24 hrs even after full charge though the total talk time is about 1-15 min per day only. the batt no as written on the invoice is[protected] i request that i may be advised as to where to send the batt for replacement Was this information helpful? | |

Nokia — Recharge not successful
Dear Sir/Madam,I have a life-time airtel pre-paid connection ([protected]) since 2001. My validity expired on 17th Nov. 2009 and presently I am in 15 days' grace period. I have been trying to re-charge my connection since 18th Nov, 2009 through local Airtel booth. Every time they are re-charging my account a msg is being flashed back on my mobile stating - "Recharge not successful". Repeated attempts have been made in consultation with your help line and they say that 'technical upgradation is in progress & recharge would be done soon'. But my ougoing/incoming calls remain disrupted since 18th Nov, 2009. I want to continue with the above pre-paid mobile No. [protected]. Please help resolving the problem imdtly as I have an account balance of Rs.270-60.
