[Resolved] Nokia C7 - 00 — Internet/GPRS not working | |||
Hi, I have bought new NOKIA C7-00 just a month back. Since then it is troubling me a lot. I am unable to access internet/GPRS on my handset. I have already downloaded all the required settings from service provider (Airtel). I am not even able to install the new software through tools. Please help me to resolve this ASAP. TIA, TANU... MY NAME IS SREENATH.I BOUGHT BRAND NEW C7 FROM COCHIN ON 3RD SEP 2011.THE SAME DAY WHEN I TRIED TO SWITCH ON BLUETOOTH, I NEED TO RESTART THE PHONE.THAT PROBLEM OCCURS NOW ALSO.AND NOW THE PHONE IS GIVEN FOR REPAIR IN NOKIA CARE CENTER FOR PROBLEM OF BATTERY OVER HEATING.I HAVE FED UP MAN.BRAND NEW PHONE IN NOKIA CARE CENTER ON FIRST MONTH OF PURCHASE ITSELF.I SHOULD'NT HAVE BOUGHT IT.MY MISTAKE.THEY SAID THAT THE PHONE WILL GET REPAIRED WITHIN 15 DAYS.NOW 20 DAYS ALREADY COMPLETED .NO REPLY FROM NOKIA CARE CENTER
