[Resolved]  Nokia Care Centre — Irresponsible Nokia Care centre

I am posting my complaint here beacuse I could not find any higher authority to register a feedback.

My Nokia N70 was having a display problem. I reached out to the nearest Nokia Care Centre at Jhansi rani chowk, Nagpur.

They suggested to get the display changed+ a new battery and charged Approx Rs. 3000.

Even after spending so much , the same issue occured again after their 1 month's warranty period.
Since I was not in the city that time , I approached them , after 20 days of warranty ...when I was back in the city.

The senior member at the centre took my mobile and formated the handset.
Things did not work for a day .. again I went to the centre and they kept the handset for 1 day
And next day informed to pay the same amount to get the display repaired.

They were very negligent and irresponsible people.When i 1st got the display changed , even the volumn from the earplug was very low. Initially they said its okie ,
After being persistent , they agreed it is low and said , we have put the incorrect ear plug.

hence I am sure that the display problem which has re occured is not due to technical / device issue,
It is because the care centre has put incorrect display or handled the handset incorrectly.

Nokia c2-06 mobile is not support to mp4, so that problem should be solved immediately and also some software problem there that also solved immediately
Dear Sir,
I am having a nokia 5800 xpress music imei-[protected] . I had a problem in my display and I took it to the nokia care for repair. i had previously got my display replaced in sept 2010 and the nokia care representatives had put a date behind my display for replacement warranty purposes. When I took my phone to the same nokia care they told me that the display is faulty and i will have to get it replaced for Rs.2250/-. After that I took the same phone to another nokia care and there I told them to open my phone in front of me and I found that the previous nokia care had replaced my original display with a faulty one and the date behind the display was not there. Also the colour of the display strip was black which I found was silver afterwards. Immediately I contacted the nokia care manager in my city and as the care center was closing he asked me to visit tomorrow . I am going to meet him tomorrow. I want to inform you that this is a very serious matter and not at all good for any reputed company like yours. All the people are having faith on nokia and nokia care. They are blindly going and getting their phones repaired hoping that their will be no cheating. But today it has been proved that nokia also has given authorization to repairing centers who cheat people like I have been cheated. Please dont take my case lightly . If I will not get justice i assure you that this will be the end of nokia cheating poor people of india. I am going to take this matter to the media and also i will send details of this cheating to each and every person of India through Facebook, forums, and through whatever I can and I will spoil nokia business in the world. I am sure you will take my case seriously and punish the nokia care the details of whom I am mentioning below and give me justice.

Again one more complaint of poor service from NOKIA..
I have given my mobile C2-03 with a complaint of touch screen on 28th May 2012 in Trivandrum.NOKIA CARE CENTRE, Karamana.
I expected to get back my mobile within 24 hrs.after the service but since today, 2nd of June, I got no positive response. The local NOKIA CARE centre in Trivandrum is Bright Mobile Care. They are waiting for spares to get the mobile repaired and again I have to wait for another week.I am not blaming the Franchisee for the delayed service, but my question is

WHY NOKIA IS NOT PROVIDING SUFFICIENT SUPPORT TO CARE CENTRES??

It is needless to say that mobile is an essential equipment for todays life and no one can tolerate the service delay of more than 24 hrs.

If NOKIA IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE WITHIN 24 HRS. THEY HAVE TO GIVE REPLACEMENT WITH OUT ASKING QUESTIONS.

I am much concerned about the service by NOKIA CARE CENTRE and my humble request is to take care to service the equipment within 24 hrs. failing to do this will make a tarnished image to NOKIA.
