[Resolved] Nokia Care Pvt. Ltd. — Not returning my Nokia X6 (8GB) | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, My self Gaurav Baweja from INDORE, I have submitted my Nokia Handset (model No. X6 8GB) at Nokia care center on 25th of July 2011,which is still in warranty period.But still yet i have not received my Handset back.they r giving me diffrent models of Nokia which i literally don't want n i spoke to several times at Nokia care call center[protected] at least 20times bt the same answer im getting again n again....tht Model no X6 8gb is out of stock.... Few days back i spoke to MR Ankur Verma Regional Manager ([protected]) who looks after all the Nokia care centre in INDORE city, and he was very much aware of my case but still he ask me for 24hrs time to ans my query.After 24 hrs when i called him up again then he was nt answering my call n messaged me tht (I m busy, i ll call later).after few minutes when i called him again thn he was busy on another call and he didn't replied a single message.. I m very much fed up wth the services of Nokia Care n the false commitments of Mr.Ankur Verma So i will be really thankful to you i[censored] people can help me out in getting my Cell back ASAP.... LODGE THE COMPLAINT AT JAGO GRAHAK JAGO.BECAUSE THE PEOPLE FORM NOKIA ARE DEAF AND THEY UNDERSTAND THE LEGAL LANGUAGE ONLY.YOU MAY LODGE FIR AGAINST THEM.

EVEN I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.I went to the NOKIA care center at west tambaram.I think it is the worst service place i could ever see.Previously my mobile NOKIA X6-16GB was working with good condition except that the keys were not working .After some 12 days they said the chip has gone and we expect a two days extension for replacing the chip ( Chip is on the way from delhi ).I asked them to give mmy mobile back now it is hanging, shutting down often, internal lable is damaged.Service people in Nokia care is really stealing parts/replacing local parts/and they are labeling with nokia care very easily .To say it in a gist they are BIG BEGGARS stealing my time and money.People please don't go to NOKIA care center they will ruin your lovely phone better go to some service fellow near your house they are FAR FAR FAR better in service than the fellows in NOKIA CARE center.Believe me .This kind of activities really make me unhappy and some time frustrated.
WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE THINKING WITHOUT US CAN THEY SURVIVE ??
