Nokia — company is not providing me a good service | |||
Hello Sir/madam, my self pawan kumar. i have purchased nokia 5233 in last june from nokia care pitam pura & it,s IMEI NO. is :- [protected]. i am facing the auto switch off problem randomly in phone from december & the service centre (ACE COMMUNICATION, 151FF,KAPIL VIHAR,PITAMPURA DELHI-34) & the company are not solving my problem. i have gone there 6-7 times to get repaired it. in the starting they used to upgraded it & deny me to get a copy of job sheet. but after complaining in the company they gave me a copy of the job sheet in my 5th round. that,s why i don,t have any proof that i have gone there 6-7 times. know current situation is that, they are telling me that there is no fault in my phone. but still i am facing the same problem. i just want to know that, if the phone is not repairable than why don,t they change it? plz help me, i still have 18 months warranty & i have 2 complaint no. which i am providing you are[protected]/130221/19,[protected]/130202/34. my contact no. is - [protected] my e-mail id is :- [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
