Nokia — defective phone

Sir,

This is for your kind information and necessary action that i m your old customer/client of Nokia handset user.it is bring to your notice that i had purchased Nokia N96-1 on dated[protected] at the price of rupees 31500/- in indian currency which is very costly for me. Since the purchase of the above said handset after few days it is creating problems which is causing loss of my buiseness clients and affecting my buiseness as it is the very important part of communication through which the dealings & communication of cases got done. But when the handset is not in working condition,Then it is a big problem for me AS I AM AN ADVOCATE BY PROFFESION IN DELHI HIGH COURT. I am suffering from this problem from the very first week of april. I HAD SUBMITTED MY MOBILE TO NOKIA CARE ON ABOUT[protected] THEN NOKIA CARE ASSURED ME BY UPGRADING THE SOFTWARE VERSION ON SAME DAY. AS MY MOBILE GOT HANGING ALSO WITH OTHER PROBLEMS AS MENTIONED BELOW. THEN AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME

It START CREATING PROBLEM AGAIN OF SAME AS MENTIONED ABOVE AND DETAIL OF MY PROBLEMS ARE AS BELOW:

1. FIRSTLY,MALFUNCTIONING O[censored]PPER KEYPAD OF THE HANDSET AS AFTER SOME TIME AND BY PRESSING ANY KEY,ANOTHER KEY WORKS AS IT IS THE MALFUNCTIONING OF KEYPADS,

2. SECONDLY,THE ANOTHER BIG PROBLEM FACING ME IS THE PROBLEM OF LOW VOICE OF INCOME CALL OF THE OTHER SIDE CALLER (POOR INCOMING AUDIO QUALITY). I UNABLE TO LISTEN OTHER SIDE CLEARLY WHICH IS ALSO A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME.

3. THIRDLY,VIBRATION NOT WORKS IN ANY PROFILE EXCLUDING "GENERAL" PROFILE.AS THE VIBRATION WORKS ONLY IN GENERAL PROFILE ONLY.THIS ALSO A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME AS IN THE COURT ROOM I HAVE TO REMAIN THE PROFILE IN SILENT IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE.SO I GOT MISSED MANY IMPORTANT CALLS OF MY CLIENT.I SUFFERED VERY MUCH.

4. FORTHLY, THE PROBLEM I AM FACING IS THE PROBLEM OF HEAT UP OF HANDSET.

5.LASTLY, THE PROBLEM IS POOR BATTERY BACKUP.

So,in this regard i want to say you that please listen to my complaint carefully and please SWAP MY HANDSET WITH NEW ONE OR WITH OTHER HANDSET OF SAME COST. kindly handle my complaint as urgent. i do not want to go to consumer court for the above mentioned complaint as I REGARD NOKIA AND I AM A OLD USER OF NOKIA HANDSET AND I DO BEILEVE ON NOKIA AND SUGGEST NOKIA TO OTHERS AND MY FAMILY ALSO OLD USER OF NOKIA.

PLEASE TREAT MY COMPLAINT AS URGENT AS I DONT HAVE SUCH TYPE OF ANOTHER HANDSET FOR USE.

Complaint : well i have purchased a nokia phone model no E 90 last year on august 14 2007 from lucknow.
after a month i am facing problems with the phone and its speaker was not working . i have 2 approach nokia
care centre to get my phone repaired and it took me around 2 weeks to get it repaired. i even mailed nokia for
the same problem but they didnt replied to me again in april 2007 i faced the same problem and this time its
bee a month and i havent heard from them. the target delivery date was 26/5/2008 but they are keep giving
me excuses. after receiveing the phone in june 1st week i used it for a month and after a month it again start giving me same problems

I am divyanshu, costumer of nokia. I had brought a new nokia 5130 xpress music phone (IMEI Number-[protected]) from M/S Satyam Electronics, Jaipur on 2/06/2009. And after four days it stopped working and was given to nokia costumer care (A-17, Krishna nagar, tonk road, Jaipur-302015), they returned back the phone after a week. And after a sometime it again stopped functioning and on 4th August, 2009 I submitted my phone to same nokia center and after so many personal and telephonic reminders they returned me back on 22nd August, 09 but the phone clogged again on same day and was again submitted back to nokia care on 24thAugust . My phone is still with them and they are not returning it back.

Requesting phone to be replace and a new set to be given as phone is just 7 days old.
