Nokia — Installed applications didn't perform accordingly to their voucher and written things on voucher is not in the phone

Let me start the things from beginning, I had purchased your newly launched mobile phone from series of Nokia Asha, and model number is Nokia Asha 210 on 29th August 2013 and in the box I got voucher which was indicating that NOKIA MUSIC will be free for 03 months but when I tried downloading songs by using nokia music app it did not allow me to download the Same and it throw an error as "your subscription has expired for registered phone, IMEI[protected]" under music account. I was quite embarrassed by seeing this in such a Brand phone like nokia since I was using this App on the second day of purchasing phone. After tried lot finally I had registered my Complain on the nokia website along with all the detail. You may refer the attached email for the same even. But I did not get any response from you people. Hence, on the next vary day I had made call in your customer care i.e.[protected] and explained her about this problem, the lady who answered that call she was showing a attitude of Solving my all concerns on the call even but she said that she has taken the complain and I will get a call in next 24-48 hrs and this problem will get solved in one go (the length of that call Was around 30 mins which was not free for me at a tall). I had waited the said time frame but unfortunately I did not receive any call from you nor the problem been solved since the same problem is still exists in my phone. I got a email by stating that To provide some details which was already shared on call and in my complain which was registered at your website, nevertheless I shared the said details again but you people sit silence nothing like anything and this way was harassed me lot. It was only the single problem which I had shared with you please find below few marathon of problems which I am facing with your phone and I am not able to decide that am I only who is facing this problem or everyone is seeking with the same issue. Kindly have a look on the below issues as well. 1. As explained that Nokia Music is still not allowing me to download the song and giving the same error that your subscription has been expired where as it was free for three months but I am not able to use this app since the day I have purchased this phone. 2. You have given a second application in your nokia Asha 210 as "You Tube" which very impressive and interesting but when we tried to run some videos it gives an error as “Application error “in almost every play. 3. You have dedicated a key for facebook but when you start chatting with your friend, the condition of this application get like your you tube app i.e. its gives an error that "Condition of this app is slow and gives a option to close the same", Not sure why are you people installing those apps in your phone which are not performing well. 4. inside a voucher on the box which state that “Self portrait voice instruction feature for the perfect self image" which is no where in the phone. 5. Whats app conditions are also like as your another APP condition. 6. on the same voucher you have written that " Fast editing and easy sharing of images to social networks" which doesn't mean that if you want to share anything on social networks then you have to waste your at least half an hour. Request you to do not write these things to just impress customers, please write only if you can deliver that. 7. When I had purchased this phone before a month ago it was working a quite good since there was a lots of problem which I have already shared with you here but now it’s working very slow and the performance of this phone is getting down day by day, its not been passed even proper two months, so i could, I think that this phone will perform good in upcoming months. Trust me, I am getting irritate day by day while using the services and applications like I explained here HENCE request you to please replace the phone with a new upgrades of model or REFUND me my hard earned money which I have paid for this nasty phone. Locating a Nokia Care Centre (NCC) is very Easy !
SMS “NCC<space><City Name>” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.
I am hoping too that my problem will get resolved soon, but i will request people to not buy nokia asha 210 as it has lots off problems...
