[Resolved] Nokia Lumia 720 — 3G plan for two month not activated in my Idea sim after buying lumia 720

I purchased new Nokia lumia 720. I was supposed to get 2GB free 3G data per month for two months after making my first call.
But it has not activated yet.
On the box it has written that I should call Idea care 12345. I called but they didnt helped too. They said offers dont come with phone they come with sim and asked me to go to my sim card vendor. I have baught this sim card 3 years back and now I dont even remember that shop. and why should I go to sim card vendor? what he can do with it?
Please fix my issue as soon as possible.

I am using airtel prepaid in life time validity. i want change my plan STUD. so, kindly change my plan without any daily rental.

I have mobile no [protected]. Your agent give me a plan Rs 299 per month including 600 free calls. He said it is only for senior citizens. But when i received the bill it is as usal plan. I stop the service from 25th Agust 09.And I have told by your officers that you have not sent any bill afterwards. But I have recieved bill no, 83884208 on 19 sept.09 The billing perid is shown in the bill as 8 Aug to 7 Sept. Do you ceat me? Because I was already stopped my service on 25th Augst 09. Can You reduce the bill? and send new bill. Can I register my complain against airtel to Consumer Club? Reply me immediately on my given email address.
