Sir/s,
I am writing to apprise you on the gross negligence, incompetence, misbehavior and attempted fraud on Nokia customers by Nokia Care Centre , Mobile Care (Nokia Care Code[protected] Babupatty, Sivasagar,Assam(India)
I purchased one Nokia Set (Model -Nokia 110, IMEI no. [protected]) from Arindam Communication ( Near SBI ATM, Hospital road, Sivasagar) which had some manufacturing defects as such as advised by the same vendor I had given the set to Nokia Care Center , Mobile Care on 05-feb-13 for necessary repair. After a month the said mobile was returned to me without necessary repair. When I refused to receive the faulty set, they rudely forced me to accept it which itself is a fraud. Such offensive behavior from a reputed service center raised a question in my mind whether this service center is genuine or not.
Pertinent to mention here that they don't entertain any phone calls.
I, therefore, request you to investigate and take necessary action against the mentioned dealer.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

Nokia — Serice centre negliance

hi

i gave my nokia handset to service centre since its screen was damaged. The handset given on Mon 30th Nov 2009 and we were conveyed that the hadset would be given to you on tuesday, as we went to collect the handset it was told to come on thursday , then again we was on the way to collect the handset but the handset was returned unrepired explaining that it will take more time, i am unable to understand that if these service centre are not able to do the repairing why they are there, why we are given the assurity and one more important thing , the handset returned was more damaged then the earlier

Locating a Nokia Care Centre (NCC) is very Easy !
SMS “NCC<space><City Name>” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.
I bought a nokia lumia 925 on 18/10/2013 imei- [protected], c/n- [protected] from Guwahati, Assam, India. Unfortunately, the screen got damaged and I was asked to change both internel and external screen in Nokia Care service center, Babupatty branch, Sivasagar, Phone no[protected], [protected] on 17/04/14, job sheet no-307 for Rs 15000/-. Now on 28/04/2014, they were delivering me the handset, but not with the same screen colour of my mobile model which was metallic grey, but with black colour saying they are unable to get the mobile parts as its not available by the company side. Now its MY OLD METALLIC GREY + NEW BLACK SCREEN WITH BLACK SIDE COVER !!! This is so irritating for a customer who purchased for good service and care, but why you people are selling a product when you cannot offer services required. This is not justice for a customer when we are paying huge amount of money for mobile parts, you are giving alternative PARTS due to lack of stock or unavailability of products parts. When u sold to me u are bound to offer me services when required, but now you are not. I have a important recording in that mobile for legal purpose, but they are not delivering ontime as given words and not giving original colour model and the owner is so much abusing.
I also contacted Nokia company and got a Service Request Number is 1-[protected], but my problem is not solved yet. Yesterday I again visited Nokia care I asked them to give me proper screen as it was before when I bought and I am paying Rs 15000/-, the owner argued on phone and said no and even verbally abused me on phone. As they denied, I asked to return my mobile with broken screen, they told they won't return my handset and money. My mobile is lying there last 15days and gave black side cover screen in my metallic grey Nokia Lumia 925. I came back home as reception executive told me they will speak to the owner in their language, I came back home. This time the reception executive named Mamu asked me to receive my mobile and told he will give me discount from his pocket, I said no as am not satisfied what they did. Its not about money as I was ready to pay rs15000/- and I paid advanced 10000/- why they want me to give discount, I need my mobile as it should be after repairing and paying money. This was a strange offer from them !!! I told them I have no option but to go to consumer court, they again called me up and said they will return my mobile with my broken screen and money, but I will have to wait till coming Monday or Tuesday. I already spent 15days for this mobile and again I need to wait ??? I asked them to return my mobile and they can deposit the money to my account or even someone can collect on behalf of me. That executive named Mamu told me they cannot return tomorrow as it takes time to remove the screen from the mobile. But he himself told me he use to repair and he was waiting for the screen part to receive so that he could repair. I asked him that u told me you yourself repair then he said no, he needs to send, then I asked where he was sending, He said actually I was doing with my owner, ...[became uncomfortable as he had no answer], he told he would give me a call, but he didn't. I smell something is going wrong. Why he is lying and want me to wait. I need to go to Mumbai and as I told you I am holding myself for that mobile as their is an important recording in that mobile and I just cant spend time and money and there is no output but my loss. Its my humble request to you to ask them to handover my mobile so that I can repair that in Mumbai or somewhere for my case. It is not justice that I have spent 15days, n they are creating problems for me by not offering quality service. Please help me out from this TRAP. I CANNT SPEND ANOTHER WEEK JUST TO RECEIVE MY MOBILE WITH BROKEN SCREEN AND MY MONEY. I NEED TO LEAVE THIS PLACE. I am an NRI Australia, and just I came to India for a legal case. But now this Nokia care center is creating problem and I am wasting time, money and not even getting any output. Please help me out as soon as possible. I just called Mamu in Nokia Care, but still they are not ready to give me my mobile. I just cant spend 30days for nothing
