[Resolved] Nokia Mobile — model no x201 display delecate&faulty | |||
I have purchased mobile nokia model no x201 on 12/09/2011 from nokia agent Arihant collection vide bill dated 12/09/2011 nokiax201 silver imei[protected] for rs 3500 .this model display that much delicate & faulty while boarding in local train display is failed on09/11/2011 very next day i contacted nokia care centre at borivali shop no 8 , Ramrshwar tower ,shimpoli road ,they did not offer free repair or replacment,they charged rs 754 for display & chages 344 total rs 1098 vide their bill no 2032 , with assurance to no charges will be levid infuture for any fault, but again display has been become light on 04/01/2012, nokia care again refused to repair at free of cost.if product of nokia is of such quality & with poor service no repair & replacement gurantee then in future no will prefer your product x201 so to increase your nokia s name please replace product free of cost. I purchased nokia piece model no: C2-03 ON MAY 7TH 2012, ON JULY 25 2012 THERE IS PROBLE WITH DISPLAY I WENT TO NOKIA CUSTMER CARE AT AMERPET HYD and told them that on display am not able to see anything and they are saying that it will be charged I told them it in warrant period I purchased recently mostly 2 months and the nokia care center employees are take their own
Ideas that will be charged.
I am saying that it touch screen when it will not move up and down we want to press hard, when we use other mobile like Samsung we can use it any way even it will fall down it will work nice that means nokia manufacturing is defect they don’t know who to make touch screen product
Nokia care employees are simply saying that don’t keep in pocket don’t press that means they are saying keep in locker and they charge me 1200 rupees even those it is in warranty period
1200 is nothing to me I will escalate to public, media, new paper, friend and also go consumer court.
