[Resolved] Nokia Mobile — Customer Harasment | |
I bought Nokia N- 97 handset on 23-July-09 from Nokia Outlet ( Anmol Watches-SCO 1043 Sector 22-B Chandigarh -Phone[protected] Phone started getting hang from day 1 . when i visited them they said there is just an softaware update and will be done ...then again after 2 -3 days its started with a same problem and i visited and they said we cant do any thing and you have to go SEC 22 NOKIA SERVICE STATION. i visited there also kept the phone for an hour and said its fine we have again upgraded the software ... but its started giving problem from the same day ... Now when ever i visit Anmol watches from were i bought the handset they says please visit nokia care as we cant do any thing and nokia care just upgrade the software but we are not getting exact solution . please help...My Mobile number is [protected] / [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

I had a Nokia C5 hand set, i faces the problem in key pad with the first day of purchase. but by the nokia care center i solve the problem this problem arises every month or in 20 days, but whenever i go to SC. they check it and renewed it, but p[presently i faces the same problem and service center says that your mobile is now out of warranty because of liquid goes in . I most humbly request you to care it otherwise I will Go to Jabalpur Jurisdiction for same purpose.
