[Resolved]  Nokia Mobile C6 — Replacement Of Mobile

Dear Sir/Madam,

FIRST OF ALL I HAVE 2 REQUESTS TO NOKIA
1) TO IMMEDIATELY STOP MANUFACTURING C6 MODEL & SAVE CUSTOMERS.
2) THAT YOU CAN KEEP MY PHONE WITH YOURSELF (THE PHONE WHICH I PURCHASED FROM MY HARD EARNED MONEY)

I WAS a huge fan of NOKIA till the Black day of my life, 9th Jul'11, when i purchased NOKIA C6-00 as a gift for my wife.
We purchased this mobile in Rs 12,000/- from "Hotspot - City-center mall" outlet in Nashik city of Maharashtra (India). The very next day my wife complained for frequent hang up of the set & said it is very annoying. It really surprised me to see a costly Mobile phone from nokia giving trouble on the very first day. She tried to use it again by Switching it “OFF” & then “ON”. But within 3 days it was clear that the mobile has some serious trouble & cannot be used. I went back to “HOTSPOT” outlet & ask them to replace it immediately but they insisted that this problem can be repaired at Nokia –care center in Nashik. So he kept the mobile with him & sent it to Nokia care for repair. One week later i received it back after getting a call from Nokia care & Hotspot that it has been repaired. But after 2 days again the problem reappeared & my wife kept on complaining about problems which are as:
1) Mobile Hangs up on its own very frequently
2) Menu Button doesn’t work
3) Caller’s name doesn’t come on screen even if the number is saved in memory
4) Sometimes the mobile doesn’t ring only blink. (Even it is normal mode & not in silent mode).
5) Suddenly the screen goes completely WHITE.
She continued using the by Switching it “OFF & ON” whenever it used to Hang. But it really became untolerable So I had to again give this mobile to nokia-care center, Nashik for repairing on 17th Dec’11. Yesterday i got a call from NOKIA that this problem cannot be corrected at Local center so they have to send it to Main Service Center & it will take about 10 days for giving it back.
My questions to NOKIA are:
1) Why the problem came in a Brand new phone?
2) Why it was not replaced when it was reported first time (If this problem cannot be repaired)?
3) Even after repairing by NOKIA CARE, why the problem remains as it is?
4) Is the defect so severe that it was required to be sent Main Service Center?
5) What will NOKIA do, now, to address my Complaint?

Nokia — Harrasement by Nokia Care

Dear Sir,
My wife had purchased Nokia 6700 Classic phone on 28th of November 2009. After a couple of days only it started giving trouble and was unable to be started once switched off. Same was brought to the notice of Nokia care who just upgraded the software of the phone and returned it back but the same problem continued. Phone was returned to Nokia care, who then blamed the battery for it. Battery was replaced and phone as returned after 10 days. Inspite of this, phone switched off again the very same day. Again the phone was returned to Nokia care and finally after talking and arguing with the Nokia care people, the phone was finally replaced on 19th of Dec'09.
The changed handset worked fine for 3 months and again in April the same trouble started, phone was switched off and not switching on. Again i took the phone to nokia care who ,inspite of being told that this cannot be a software problem since handset was already replaced due to same problem, repeatedly did the same useless thing os updating the software for 3 times before they agreed to send it to Delhi for further repair and investigation of the problem. The phone was handed over to Nokia Care in gurgaon on the 9th of June 2010 for sending to Delhi and the delivery date was expected to be 17th Jun'10 as per the repair job sheet. Today is 24th of June and till now the nokia care has no information as to the status of my phone, nor do they know how much longer it will take for me to get my phone back. All this inspite of making a phone complaint with nokia care dept on 22nd jun'10. On calling complaint number again today, i was informed tht it will take about 5 days more for the phone to be repaired, a statement that Nokia Care gurgaon was unable to verify.
The thing of real agony is tht in todays world where customer service has attained new meaning, Nokia care continues to harass people and does not consider the discomfort and harassement caused due to their very unprofessional approach and attitude.
Request kindly help me in this matter and oblige.

i have givn my mobile nokia C6-01 for repair in nokia care cntr near krishna mandir in ludhiana.the problem is of display. I hav got my mobile after 17 days but without problm solving.nobody call me in these days. I have visited the nokia care 5-6 times in between these days.i am vry upset from the service of nokia. i am dong job so it is very difficult to visit nokia care daily.i also have a problem of making calls. pls help me sir.

MY NAME IS SREENATH .K.S. PURCHASED A NOKIA c7([protected]) HANDSET FROM PLANET M, PALARIVATTOM, COCHIN ON 3RD SEP 2011.
MY PHONE's BATTERY GETS HEATED TOO MUCH AND I DIDNT GET MUCH BATTERY BACK UP AS U SAID...I GAVE MY PHONE TO AN AUTHORISED NOKIA CARE CENTRE AT ERNAKULAM.THEY UPDATED SOFTWARE TWICE.BUT DIDNT GET IT RIGHT.THEY SEND IT TO DELHI AND SAID THAT MOTHERBOARD WILL BE RREPLACED.THEY SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE 12 TO 15 DAYS.NOW ALREADY 20 DAYS HAVE PASSED.NO REPLY FROM NOKIA CARE CENTER.WHEN I ASK THEM THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY SATISFACTORY RESPONSES.THEY ARE TOO MUCH IRRESPONSIBLE AND ARROGENT.THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED WITH ANY OPTION FOR ENQUIRY OTHER THAN THEIR CUST CARE

I purchasd Nokia 701 phone 9/12/2011 from Nokia Priority dealer, jamshedpur that phone price is 17799 rs but 1 month after there is some software problem .my bill no is 11566.and my mass memory problem is created by nokia care service center.not by me.
I gave my Nokia701 Handset for a repair at the Nokia Customer Care for reparing purpose nokia care job sheet no is[protected]/120214/26.but 1 week after that mobile returned me coustemer care member told me that your mobile is ok, but my mobile software is not working properly that time also then a other problem is created my mass memory of that mobile was not showing my mass memory is 8GB .then i further dave him for solving that problem he told me that mobile motherboard is lossed i will repair it.
but my problem is that i dont want to take repair mobile plese give me new mobile set because my set was new and also in warrenty period so plese give me a new set
plese solve my problem as soon as possible . i am many times complain about my nokia mobile replecement.plese hehp me for this purpose.

I have Purchased GARBAGE from Nokia in Rs 12000.
& See the smartness of NOKIA they are selling the GARBAGE at such high cost.
Now i have left with 2 options.
1) FIling a case in Consumer Court
2) Hire a Open Vehicle & display on a Banner that "GARBAGE FROM NOKIA" in Rs 12000
