Dear sir/madam, With due respect I want to inform you that i have purchased N 70 Music phone in the month of May 2008 & I have problems in its back cover I have given my Nokia N70 Music Edition handset to Nokia Care service centre at paonta sahib on date 17.09.2008 for repairing it (just have its back cover loose problem). which I have not received it yet.Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more. they make me deep frustrated. so I request you to kindly take action against that care centre. Nokia N70 Music Edition — regarding replacement of Battery ( Job sheet No.242343506/080218/45 dated 18/02/08)
Sir,I am very sorry to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased a Nokia N70 Music edition mobile set few months back. I faced some problem with its battery regarding back up, charging etc. so i submitted it to your Nokia Care at BHARATPUR(RAJASTAN) for repalcement under warrenty. but almost after one month there is neither replacement with new one till date nor any satisfactory reply has been given to me.
As i want full vaue of my money & moreover i am facing lot of problem without battery, it is hampering my job baddly.
yu are requested to make the arrangement of replacement of battery with new packed one immediately. Otherwise I will take the way of Consumer Court.

after repititive complaints to nokia care center, i havent recieve my mobile after 61 days.
everytime i call they say that this time we r sending ur mobile to higher level.
my set has been bounced back nearly 5 times.
i have also sent an notice to the care center
now thet promised me that i will recieve my handset on 29/10/2008.
if this time i dont get my mobile repaired or replaced i am surely going in the court.
if nokia is unable to repair my mobile in 61 days, why r they sure this time?

My name is girish mudgal i have nokia N70 MOBILE & I Gave to nokia care center(MODCAD COMMNUICATIONS) at faridabad on dateed 03/jan/2008 My Job sheet no is[protected]/080103/24 & they commited to me that your hendset will be delivered to you within 20 days but today date is 24/jan/08 but still i don't recived my hendset.Please Do something for me.
