[Resolved] Nokia N72 — headphone | |
I have purchased a new nokia n72 on 02/02/2009 and after one and a half months there is a rubber padding in the headphone suddenly came out one day though i am not a frequent user of the headphone and maximum i had used it for seven to eight times during that period of time.The nokia care personel telling me that they cannot any action about it though i am worried. i want that the headset should to be repaired or replaced. My sely SANKALP PANDYA. as you know, As per your saying on 20/11/09 I went to nearest NOKIA CARE CENTRE [F-17 1ST FLOOR, MARUTI PLAZA, SANJAY PLACE AGRA,282001. [protected]] with your written letter u send to me, there I mat Mr, RAKESH [MANAGER NOKIA CARE].after 1 hour conversation & presenting your letter He laugh at me & over your letter & said that MR, SANKALP[ THIS LETTER IS NOTHING & BEHALF OF THIS LETTER I CANNT ACCEPT YOUR NOKIA 5610 MOBILE HEADPHONE].
Because of your mistake dear Shamshad begam your letter that you already send to me says [KINDLY SUBMIT YOUR HANDSET], but My complain is about just a HEADPHONE. so he told me after 1 hour that submit your camplain again to nokia & say about HEADPHONE & also I want ONE RECEIVING OF THE ANSWER OF NOKIA AT MY PERSONAL ID. measn He will submit my HEADPHONE only after you[nokia] send the letter to MR, RAKESH ID [[protected]@nokiacareindia.com] SO NOKIA I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY SENT HIM THE MAIL SO THAT HE WILL SUBMIT MY 5610 HEADPONE & SEND TO U. otherwise he refused to submit my headphone just behalf of your letter..
kindly solve the matter & send him the mail to submit my headphone as soon as possible.

i bought new N82 with a defect in headsets so i gave for replacement on the date of delivery they told me to come after s week when i again went they dont gave me proper reponse now its almost one month but i an without my headsets and nokia with out a response.
