[Resolved] Nokia N73 Me — Regd. Improper Service by Nokia Care | |||
Dear Madam/Sir I Namrata Rai, want to complain regarding my cell phone of Nokia model N73 ME. Last week I suffer from my cellphone memory card problem. Last week my phone fall down on the surface but it was properly functioning but the only problem was its memory card was not read by my phone.So i visited to Nokia Care Centre in the Durga Communication, 126 Mall Road, Kingsway Camp, Delhi-110009,Mobile no [protected]/[protected] They charged me 2150/- for changing MMC card reader and its components Receipt no. 2195 dated 22/07/2010. but after changing all component my phone still having the same problem. Then after enquiring about the problem they rudely told to me that your memory card was not in working condition but when i use my same memory card in other phone it was propely working. so, now i think that i was paying such good amt. for what ...... none, after payin for my problem my problem is not resolved and also i feel cheated by nokia customer care center people. i think Nokia having a gud reputation worldwide and such customer care people who are less trained ruined its image. pls kindly help me...... ad guide me what to do in situation like this and how can i get my money back. pls reply as soon as possible.
