Nokia/N81 — we are suffer

can i ask you a question.
why we bought nokia not sony or any other brand?just because of the trust since our child hood we have used nokia sets only.
NOW COMING TO THE POINT:
I have bought N81 on 1st aug 2008 on 25th Aug 2008 i have send my hand set for repair to nokia care center at green park.I was told i will get my set with in three days neways at last i got my set on 6th Sep, when i have checked my set all the problems were same(slider lose greenihs camera, software not working belive ome even the ear phones were spoiled i have every thing bleck and white in my job sheet)
they have made our new jobsheet since that time we are faceing so may problems to get are set back actualy we are fighting to get our own thing back.

No body willing to talk to us no body is picking our phone we are feeling like we are in prison in our own contry

People sitting their at Nokia Center green park like mr. Sandeep and Mr. Imran are so rude they dont have manners to talk to deal with the customer, i have faced phrases like"jo kar sakte ho karlo hamar kuch nai bigdega sirf aapka set late hoga"

Why i am writeing just because we are sufferers and their is no one to look into the matter people at call cener are like pupets reapting same phrases agaion and again. just send someone their to see what the hell is happening their how people are crying and their is no one to listen them.

please do take some action

i am willing to meet any body in delhi to complain about the nokia care center peaple at greenpark.
if you cant do any thing please provide us the contact number of the concern person with whon we can go and discuss our problem.

people like sandeep and imran are forcing us to break our trust from NOKIA.

if some one is writing so much just feel how much he had suffered dont just read it and delete it is not a matter of my hand set only it a matter of Name NOKIA's faith and our loyalty toward nokia also.

N-81 — Digit giving problem

I am facing a problem with digit 4. It is self pressing and is not stopping. I have restarted the phone but nothing is happening.

Nokia/N81 — swapping of handset(n81)is not correct

myself is anubhav singh, due to some technichal fault i had submitted my nokia handset to nokia care which is at begum bridge in meerut.
Nokia care had swapped my handset and they returned a new handset to me but the colour of that new handset is diffrent from the colour of my older one.And i doesn't like the colour of that new handset, so i go to the manager of nokia care but they refuse to change the colour of my handset and they talk to me in a very badly way.now sir i request u to take legal action aginst nokia care and i want my handset in the previous colour back.

N-81 — handset not working properly

sir, i purchased nokia n-81 on 13 march 2009. After 2 months it has problem in scroll key. i went to nokia care on 7 july 2009 of following address

MOBILE HUT
25/51, M.G. MARG CIVIL LINES ALLAHABAD(U.P.)

They submit my handset on 7 july 2009 and said that they will inform me within 1 day but i will not have receive any call.
they gave my phone on 11 august 2009 at 3:30 pm but my handset problem was still remain same so i went again next day to nokia care and again this time they submit my handset and gave me a target delivery date of 12 sept 2009.

so i kindly request to you that give any solution of my problem and a sugestion or humble request to make your service quick.

Respected Sir,

I bought Nokia N73 Music Edition last year. After few month the headset provided broke down n now I m not getting the same headset available all over Indore (M.P.)

so kindly help me over it..


Headset Specifications:
Music adapter AD 46 with additional facilities of remotecontrol unit (To play n stop music as well as to forward n reverse the songs.) It was also provided with Volume control on one of the side.
And also the earphones with it.
