Nokia N91 8gb — hard drive corrupted

sir, my phones hard drive corrupted.i want to change is it phone is still gauranty period only.what should i do now.expecting your favourable reply at the earliest.thanking you.

nokia n91 8gb — Manufacturing Defect

I had purchased Nokia N91 8 GB (IMEI NO . [protected] ) cell phone from M/s GRACE COMMUNICATIONS , NAGPUR, MAHARASHTRA (NOKIA Priority DEALER) On 26TH September 2007. From very next day I am facing a problem of hanging the cell. On 27th of September the problem was reported to M/s Grace Communication but they ask me to go to Nokia Care Center. After reaching to Nokia Care they simply replied me that they don’t have software to test Nokai N91 and request me to wait for 15 to 20 days.

On 25th of October the cell was given to Nokia Care ( R J Trade link, Mahajan Market , Sita Buldi, Nagpur) ASC No. : 511_434038 . They tested the set and return to me with formatting the Hard Drive. Without solving the problem.

Again I went to Nokia Care to report the problem on 06/Nov/2007 and they told me that there is hard drive problem and it will take 1 month to repair it giving me a target Delivery date of 6th dec 2007. Of which the Job Sheet No. is[protected]/071106/22 dated 06/Nov/2007.

The Same problem is also reported to On line Service the Complaint ID is 2-2L6ZKH
With regular follow-up with Nagpur Nokia Care Line and On line service they replied me that you will get your cell by 15th of November, 2007.

On 16th Nov when I went to Nokia Care Line Nagpur, they again ask me to wait for 3-4 days. They same Matter is also informed by me to your On line Care center to your various representatives ( i.e. Ms. Komal,Ms. Yogita, and so on various dates) and they gave me a new promise date i.e. 5th December 2007.

While checking with Nokia Care on December 6, 2007 they again ask me to wait for 5-6 days.

As it’s a manufacturing defect in the cell phone please arrange to give me New cell or repair the cell within a justified time period and till that time provide me a stand by Cell.

I am bringing this matter to your notice and wish avail natural justice and some action from your side.

I trust that I will get some proper reply so as to satisfy that you are providing good service to your customer.

nokia/ N 91 4 gb — service problems

I have submitted my N 91 on 7th february 2008 for service, after almost 7 weeks I have been informed that it is best to swap this phone with N70.
Of course this is a ridiculous suggestion.
So pathetic is the atmosphere in the service station that I advice not to buy nokia products at all, it seems the company is just interested to increase sales and not create infrastructure for service, surely if it can appoint even a paanwala to sell phones and make money then it can as well create better service conditions.

nokia n91 8gb — Replacement of my hand set asap

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased (N91-8GB on 22nd Jan 2008) the Nokia N91 8GB set which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone regularly hangs. My hand set often hang and everything keyboard/keypad freezes after some interval. I'm not able to open Messages, clicking on open gives no response. Many of times the hard drive shows unavailable in the phone. It happens of because of regular hang of the phone. I gave it to Nokia care (HCL Nokia Care - Noida) but after one week they have returned me my set and told me that problem solved but the same problem is existing again and again.

Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

nokia n91 8gb — scrap handset

From the first day of my prchasing of NOKIA N91-8GB, I am struggling with the troubles, I am facing so many problems like it hangs up always, It generally not working proper, its keys are wrongly works like its '4' works as hash key and its red button works as'9'and sometimes its hard drive crashes. I submitted it two times in Mumbai Andheri-Foneman. Once it took one month and after sometime again it happened and it took another 3 weeks to make it repair, again the problem is coming that its hard drive crashed.I can not access my very urgent messages even.
I am fed up with this NOKIA customer care and not getting any proper solution to find out my money back, I lost my Rs.12000/-, So much time and already I took a new handset for standby so that in case when NOKIA goes to repair I can use the another one.
I am in planning to go to consumer court and apply a rit for my money refund, because it will be happen that my warranty perios will be finish to do this all things and then you people will say that now we can not do anything because its not in the warranty period.
I am requesting you to give me proper response, or else I will go to consumer court.

nokia n91 8gb — Bad product and services

I would like to put how the hell service NOKIA is providing to its users.
I had bought one NOKIA N-91 4GB grom NOKIA priority dealer 'Netra enterprises' Invoice No-11107 and IMEI No.-[protected]. after some months it started facing so many problems(within warranty period), like hanging every now and then, switching off automatically, and finally its display went blank. I had to go to NOKIA care, where i had been told that my hand set is to be sent to Delhi and it will take 20-25 days to get it back. I asked for any alternate handset so that i can remain in contacts. They told we dont have any stand-by set in stock. Then i had to bought another cheaper handset. On 20.09.07 i lost my handset, and asked NOKIA for assistance to trace it. they regreted.
In the another story i bought another N-91 8GB from the same shop on 24.09.07 with IMEI No.-[protected]. Again after few months o[censored]sage the same problems started surfacing within warranty period. I repented a lot why i believed in NOKIA again.
Moreover, if you ask, i can give you so many examples o[censored]sers with contact No. who have faced similar problems with their NOKIA sets and all are bound to suffer and no one is there to take responsibility, as is very much clear in the replies from NOKIA. They are saying display is a Cosmetic item, so its beyond warranty. i want to ask, Have i purchased the display from some other company? wasn't it a part of the set i had bought? And is this set usable at all if display goes blank?
In minor cases these might have been treated as a by-chance case. But i have a huge number of similar examples. This means this is pre-planned by NOKIA that if someone buys a NOKIA set they have to buy many pain-bearing problems also, and NOKIA is not responsible for for these. And if these type of problems start once, these keep repeating as per my records. This time I had been charged 1500/-. And I am sure that now every now and then i will be paying this sum, otherwise i have to buy another handset.
I'll request you to make a survey of NOKIA users and unearth this NOKIA. They are just using the poor population, for their recurring incomes with one handset.
Anyway even if i pay the sum charged by NOKIA care, who is going to take responsibility of our harrasment? I had been using my cell phone for more than 90% of my jobs. Right now i am totally cut-off of the rest world. I am not able even to perform my duties. I am totally incompetent now for my organisation. I want to assert that NOKIA care is providing a hell of services. They dont represent NOKIA at all, otherwise i must have found any complaint register over there provided by NOKIA. No one receives any call there on the Nos. provided in their service sheet. Lastly we have to take leave and go there, that also goes fruitless, and they tell you should have contacted first before arriving here.
Hope a positive and rational action by your team.

nokia cell phone — manufacturing defect of software

I have purchased Nokia cell phone model No.N-72 from The Mobile Store, S.V.Road, Goregoan(West), Mumbai.vide Invoice No.MH/01147/00001/3642 dtd.02/02/2008.I have visited the Nokia care centre, M/S.Sarvesh Telecom regarding the software problem, but the gentleman insisted that it is not any manufacturing defect, it is an memory issue & application user fault, take it or leave it, hence in the absence of any alternative, I agreed & within 30 Minutes it was rectified.I have paid under protest Rs.281.00 invoice no.407.dtd.04/08/2008.The same problem is surfaced again i.e.within just Ten days of the so called repairs. I request the Company Nokia India to kindly Replace the Defected Product or Refund the Amount Paid with cost.
