Nokia N91 8gb — Non compliance of the NOKIA shop to repair my phone

I have one Nokia N91 8GB, in my use, since last year some how the phone became one-way, i.e. when I speak the dialer cannot listen to me, I have attended various Nokia stores but they denied to repair the same saying the product is out of date, the company does not produces the brand so far etc. etc. I have complained the Nokia company in this regard too through my e-mail, but yet they did not answered for me in my mail. I am feeling sorrow of my very lovely phone that I could not find any help from Nokia to recover the same.I feel thankful if they connect me at my email at [protected]@gmail.com with an assurance to repair the lovely phone.
