Nokia N97 Mini — BAD SERVICE

Hi,
This is Chetan Chouhan. I purchased a Nokia handset model - N97mini from Spice Hotspot which is near Jwala Heri Market, Paschim Vihar, Delhi.
I purchased it in August 2010 at the end of Month.
And till now, I have given my handset 4 times for repair at the Nokia Care at Manav Communications, Pashim Vihar, Delhi.
During my 1st visit they repaired it at their center, but same day I called them and they told me I have to submit my phone. I did that and they sent it to their technical department for repair.
After 8-10 days, I got my cell back, but again after few days it started to create problem, and again I visited their and they repaired it by their own.
And again it started to create problem and they again told me I have to submit my cell and again I did that. I submitted my phone on 1st Dec.
Then to get the status of my complaint, I am calling them but no body is giving me exact status of my complaint.
I registered my comlaint on Nokia website on 2nd Dec and they sent me a mail that their team will respond to my query with 24hrs, and today is 4th Dec and no call no information.

I called up at 30303838 and registered so many complaints and spoke with many people but no answer.
When I told them that I want the replacement of my phone as it has been repaired for 4 times. Even after spending 18,000 Rs why should I use that phone which is repaired for 4 times within 3-4 months.

I have spoken with so many people but not received any satisfactory reply.

Nokia N97 — Poor service

I would like to bring my displeasure to your kind notice being the owner of Nokia N97 IMEI NUMBER [protected], PRODUCT CODE 0587487.
I purchased the said set on 23rd june 2009 vide invoice no. MLDWARKARI11598-09 from Nokia priority dealer Multiline, Manish Location Plaza, Plot No. 1, Dwarka, Sec -12, G-2, New Delhi 110075.
My joy of being proud owner of Nokia's latest phone didn't last long and my handset started malfunctioning ( frequent software hang ups) with in 48 hrs.I took it to Nokia Care(Om Ujala Communication, F 101/102, Sector 4 dwarka ND 75) where they reloaded the software and assured me for good service. But I found that most of the pre loaded applications were not running because of license issue. I tried to configure my handset for GPRS and MMS but the phone again started hanging up. I approached the Nokia care with the same problem and license issue on 29th june 2009.
They kept the set for software update and other service.
I received the set after 3 days with software redone ( same version) but with none of the licenses, The applications were still not working and they told that it will take time to get the licenses. Which I never received.
As I put the set in use the same problem started resurfacing, frequent hang ups and blank screen. It was not supporting multiple applications viz radio or music while messaging or mailing or recieving calls) I took it again to Nokia Care service centre on 2nd July, they took the set vide job sheet no.[protected]/090702/17 and said they will send the set to the company for swapping. I maintained constant contact with the Nokia care centre but I was never given a satisfactory reply and was repeatedly told that company is not responding.
After almost a month, I am at verge of losing faith and patience
poor you!!
Don't buy anything when it comes out you should always wait for a while so that they can fix the problem.
My N97 was not getting charged properly due to some loose contact I gave
it to your authorized service center at BANERJEE road cochin on 16th March 2010 (Ref[protected]/100316/112)
They told me to take delivery on 17th.

17th evening I called up and I was shocked to find that it has been sent to some other state,without informing me
and it will take 10 days.They gave me a stand by phone,which was not working.next day they gave me another stand by phone
for which I could not find a charger.They said my data has been backed up

I never received any calls from Nokia.When I contacted them on 25th,they said the handset is ready.I took delivery but
could not believe that the service given by Nokia care is much worser than local repair centre.

1.The hologram of my company,sticked on the phone is lost
2.No IMEI number.I am unable to connect to network
3.Handset paint gone on the sides.
4.All my data (notes,videos,music and important photographs taken for records of my company) lostexcept contacts
5.Inside of the handset changed.It look like cheap quality and has some tray for sim card.My original
hand set IMEI label is peeled and pasted on this changed component which looks like cheap quality


I have paid Rs 32000 for this handset.I have faced lot of difficulties during the last 10 days.I had to travel 4 times
to your service centre.Is this the vaklue you are giving for a premium customer.The crowd at your service center has shaken my faith in Nokias quality
