[Resolved] Nokia N97 Mini — MOBILE PHONE NOT WORKING PROPERLY | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased Nokia N 97 Mini in April 2010 from THE MOBILE STORE Outlet at Dombivali West. After a period of 6 - 7 months i started facing with the problems like mobile gets switched off ofently, Screen touch functions does not works, Keypad gets locked automatically, after charging full battery within a span of half hour the mobile goes in switch off mode. I went to Nokia Care at Dombivali West in the month of December 2010 and get the replacement on the same in the month of January 2011. Now the replaced mobile is giving me the same problems which I was facing previously. I m really fed up, what is the use of paying such huge amount to Nokia for such cheap mobile. Now I want my money back or any another model. Kindly help me to meet my needs. Was this information helpful? | |||

Nokia N97 mini Mobile — Phone Not working
We have purchased Nokian97 mini Handset from there authorised shop with proper bill in Rs.22641.00 and after 3 days the set started giving problems like overheating and freezing where as call details were also not showing hence we submitted the set to there authorised center the set was retured to us after the repairs but after two three days same problems started up and happened 4 5 times same procedure was followed and lastly we have subitted the set on[protected] at the center and they sent the set to Delhi for replacement and now they are given me the same set in a very bad shape all scratches and screen saver stickers torn all the instructions stickers torn from back and saynig that I will have to accept the set or forget.I am very annoyed and want your support to tackle the problem where as I feel cheated also at the same time i have to purchase a new set so that I can use my contact no
