[Resolved] Nokia / Navigator 6210 — NO SPARES AVAILABLE | |||
I have a Nokia navigator 6210 handset brought 2 years ago. Keypad and panel of the handset is broken and i'm looking out for a replacement of those. since the company has stopped production of these handsets, spares and accessories are not available. people working in nokia care (nokia care - Jayanagar, Bangalore) are very arrogant and does not respond properly. They are least bothered about it nor they assisting in sorting this out. Since the company withdraws thousands of products, how will the customers get their phones repaired or would they expect everyone to buy a phone in case of repair. matter should be taken very seriously and the service is pathetic. i agree to above complain. i m facing the same problem too. my keypad of 6210 is broken and i am not getting any new/old keypad from anywhere. i like this phone. In-fact i love it! I want to know if something can be done for providing keypads. my email is [protected]@gmail.com and phone no is [protected]. i am in mumbai (maharastra) India. So if anybody around the world have any solution please let me know.
