Nokia / Nokia C5 — No Proper Response From Nokia Care .

Dear Team,

Good Morning ,

I have purchased a Nokia c5 Handset for Universal Mobiles . 2 /oct /2011 Cost around 7675 with tax . As they had informed that i will be given 1 month of warranty of 1 yr .

In the month of Aug , my hand set was dead . So i went to the universal to ask about the same . They did not responded me properly .

They had told me to go for Nokia care .

I went to Nokia care In chrompet ,

I really had a very bad exprence with Then .

Improper way of behavior . They Executive there are Not Been professional at all .

Second I had given the had set to them . They had removed the had set and gave to me saying that the front camera No functionality .


After a very long conversation They had informed me that they cant able to do any thing .

Then Finally they had requested to make for payment for service of the hand set .

They had charged me 2016 for the service of the hand set . But when i went there there was a very improper behavior with the Executive .

Initially they had accepted to give back all the functionality back .

But when i had received the handset

Non functionality of my key pad
Front and back camera are not working .

I am under Very Mental harassment with the Nokia care peoples .

Mr . Suresh had promised that they will give a swap of the mobile , all most they requested me to pay 2061 with tax .But Now they are saying that L3 leval had rejected and waived my warranty also . It Been really non ethical with This Nokia Brand and Nokia Customer Care .

It been really unethical act From Nokia Brand . I do understand no one will be personally damage the Hand set . Even i had accepted to pay more cash But this is really Non Ethical .
