    Hi Team,

    Myself Bharadwaj GVS, an IT employee working in TCS, Bangalore. I had a pre-booking on[protected] for Redmi note 5 pro Mobile in Univercell Communications, Vijayawada Branch, Andhrapradesh. For that I have paid Rs.2000/- as advance and they assured to refund the advance amount I paid as advance in case if I don't want the product. I took the contact number of the store manager whom I have paid the advance. After a few days i brought the mobile online and thought of getting back my advance back from them.
    Meanwhile the branch where I paid advance was not there and when I contacted the store manager, he told they were shifting the branch. I waited for 2 months there was no branch in Vijayawada and the store manager shifted his company and gave another person number and told to reach him out. There was no response from either of the guys from then. It's been 6 months and there was no branch in Vijayawada.
    I got to know there's a branch in Bengaluru near to my residence. I contacted the person over there on 3rd November 2018 and he assured to get the money in 5 day. But it's been 1 month I contacted him, there's no proper response from him. They were telling cock and bull stories like 'I raised a complaint it will take time' .. 'Approval is pending with the head and he's on leave' and so on... instead of resolving my issues. Now they are telling to mail a person with the bill and it will get resolved in 3 days. Waste of money for charges from my residence to store and most importantly waste of time for me these all days.

    Please look into this issue and help me in getting my money from them.

      Mps telecom retail pvt univercell #8/a, khb colony, 5th block koramangala.

      Today 23rd the october i visit unvircell to purchase a hand set for myself. The price qouted online was 10499 and the store quoted the price of 11599. When i asked why is the difference in the amount the response i got that was a promotional offer and the new price is 11599. I spoke to the store manager mr mahtab ahmed cotact no ([protected]). He stated this is the final price and was quite rude when dealing with a customer. He stated i[censored] wish take it or leave it. I asked him multiple times why does the univercell website state a price and why are you charging a different price. He stated this is the final price and the store has diffrent pricing than online. This is absurd and this looks to be cheating a customer with diffrent pricing scheme. I asked for his supervisors contact details and he denied straight away stating that is none of my concern to speak to his supervisor. Would request univercell to look into this as this is straight away cheating a customer with additional price rather than one quoted on the website.

        Sir,
        Recently i brought 1 honor jolly 2 plus from universal mobiles ambattur

        That time due to some offer 1 headset is free with it

        Retailer said he will give it in few days as it is not in current stock

        And it is nearly 6 months from the date i bought the mobile phone
        The retailer is not at all responding
        Very rude behavior

        I hope you will take the necessary steps as soon as possible

          I bought an iPhone 6s from MPS TELECOM RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED, Marathahalli Bangalore. Which is authorised UNIVERCELL Store .. When I was purchasing my phone manager of this branch told like you will get 3000 Rs Cash back after 90 days sir.. Sure you will get then come to our shop and ask me directly like this he was telling but still I didn't get my cash back amount of 3000 and if I got that branch they are telling like old manager IMRAN Resigned from our branch and some story they are telling... I can't able to leave my 3000 Rs cash back help me out asap...

            I purchased a samsung galaxy s8 mobile from univercell madhapur, hyderabad. There was brand emi option for my phone. But when they tried to convert my phone into emi, it was showing as invalid emi. The reason for it is they used this mobile emi for converting another brand mobile into brand emi's. They promised me to convert my phone into brand emi's in two days if i purchase the mobile by normal sale today. They swiped my credit card as a normal sale and i took the mobile and went. They promised me they will pay the money i paid them by card and will swipe my card again to convert into emi's 2 days later. I believed them and took the mobile. It has been two weeks from date of purchase, they didn't convert my sale into brand emi's and didn't give my money back. They keep saying we didn't get the money yet, we will call you once we get money. My credit card billing is going to happen, by then if these guys are not converting my sale into brand emi, i need to pay the total amount or else if i convert the sale into emi speaking to the bank, an interest of 5000 will be charged on to me. I really feel cheated by these people. Please help me. I'm attaching the proof of purchase. Person dealt was nazeer and the other was shiva i think.

              This is kavitha ([protected]). I have purchased vivo v5 mobile in thoraipakkam univercell on march 3 2017. During purchasing, they brain washed nicely like we will provide you free selfie stick and speaker for this mobile. So, finally we bought this mobile without offers due to unavailability of selfie stick n speaker. They said like after one week you can come n collect it madam. So, we accepted their words.

              Actually, i'm following them around 2 months but no response from team. They are saying no stock is available. Then why they need to fool the customer like saying offers and bla bla.

              Seriously it is irritating like why we bought this phone in univercell.

              I have attached my purchase proof for your reference. Kindly take necessary action for my remedy n do the needful.

              Don't fool customer like this.

                I bought an original Iphone charger on 29/12/16 from "Shop No.#26, Ground Floor, Ganapathi Temple Rd, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095" @1200 rupees after asking for 300 discount and the charger given to me was found to be duplicate one. I got to know about it when it got damaged twice within two months. Now when I went yesterday (18/02/17) to replace the charger, the person at univercell is telling that the accessories are no more sold there. They were in collaboration with some ANG MOBILE GALLERY, Contact[protected] and hence ask them to replace. Now I am calling ANG guys as mentioned in the bill, they are not responding. I visit regularly Univercell so i trusted it to be original. Hence am filing this complaint against Univercell. I want my new charger asap. Please let me know when i will be getting a new charger.

                  I purchased a samsung j2 (6) worth rs.9700 from univercell showroom (Mps telecom retail private limited) in manjakuppam, cuddalore, tamilnadu - i paid via debit and upon purchase the dealer swiped by card twice as the first time he did not get proper receipt but it was later found out that both the transaction have happened and twice the amount got debited. I immediately approached the dealer and he apologized for the mistake at his end and tried cancelling the last transaction and gave me a receipt for that too. I was told that the amount would get refunded within 24 hours. As it din't happen i approached the store again, they showed me the transaction history of the store and said the last transaction's amount would be credited back from univercell within a week's time. I then wrote to univercell with the below transaction details
                  Invoice no: tn 0117912 cancelled transaction details: appr code: 031807 txn id:[protected].
                  I got a reply from [protected]@univercell.in acknowledging the mistake at their end but they did not credit back my amount. So kindly look into this

                      Good day to you!

                      Samsung S7 Edge: Overheating / Hanging / Touch Issues - Ticket Ref No: [protected] and Bill No. [protected]

                      I am really disappointed with your service and please find attached the job sheet for your reference to understand the background of this request.

                      I am facing number of issues includes Over-heating issues, Touch issue and display issue ( Samsung s7 edge) which was lackadaisically bought from univercell on 24th Sep 2016. ( Infact the team has swiped my credit card without knowledge when I gave the card to check the eligibility). I have escalated this matter to Univercell MD Mr. Sathish Babu.

                      However half-heartedly I agreed to take the mobile because of financial impact o[censored]nivercell sales guy. After opening the box, I found the mobile was over-heating ( unbearable) and has display and touch issues.

                      I was not aware that I should report these issues within 7 working days to Samsung and it was not specified in the commercial invoice o[censored]nivercell or in your pamphlet which was deposited in the box. However the show room verbally told me that the replacement warranty is for one year.

                      I noticed to univercell team immediately on the next day of purchase but it was lately reported to Samsung on 14th Oct by Univercell team.

                      Your service centre team has mentioned that the parts of mother board and OCTA to be replaced and the service are possible. However I am not happy to use the serviced product as I have invested Rs.52, 900 to buy this product. Will you buy the repaired product if you were a customer?

                      Being the loyal customer of Samsung, I am facing severe stress (highly extreme) and I unable to manage my emotions to overcome from this issue. I am really disappointed because I had used your product only 3 days as the phone was with dealer for more than 3 weeks.

                      I sincerely request you to consider this fact and provide a refund / replacement at the earliest. Mr. Krishna from Samsung escalation team told me that it is a mistake o[censored]nivercell for not letting me know that 7 days is a refund/replacement period. However the show room manager o[censored]nivercell has gave the false commitment of 1 year replacement / warranty period which is untrue.

                      Being a contract manager by profession, I am aware of the consumer rights laws and will take it up to honorable court for resolution. Please note that I may get the judgement in my favour to me after a year by considering the facts behind me. But I don’t want to spoil your brand image by taking you to the court and making this issue in the media.

                      Please consider my request and it is the joint responsibility of Samsung and univercell to resolve my issues. I wanted this thing to be closed tomorrow else I will take further course of actions in creating campaign against your brands in express avenue on this Saturday by explaining my pains to all the customer who are visiting to univercell and Samsung show rooms. I will make the customers to stop buying your products and do the campaign.
                      I have collected much proof that Samsung s7 edge is also blastic across countries and will produce the documents if required.

                        Dear concerne,
                        I visited your store to buy a samsung galaxy a5 actually i preferred black colour but they gave me gold colour mobile. They told they won't have black colour mobiles overall in india. I paid 400 extra for my tempered glass but they dint fixed properly.
                        I asked them on the first day they told once the mobile get heat it will fix automatically.
                        Again i went to pick my mobile mill i asked them to change and give.
                        They told currently they won't have stock so they told me to come tomorrow.
                        Again i went today they told the concerne person is not there u need to wait for one hour.
                        Do u think we won't have any work other than that to roam around your store.
                        Plz train your people r shut the store and tell them to sleep.
                        I attached my bill details below
                        Train your people to give customer service.. Then customer will come next time in future.
                        I think your vision is first in first out don't come back to store forever.
                        Excellent coustomer service at your bangalore indiranagar branch pathetic service to customer.
                        I will share my experience in univercell the chutias expert.

                          I have bought a mobile at pondicherry univercell m. g street branch a mobile zen for 3500 inr and it fell down on the floor and there was a crack on the screen. since i paid they refused to get it back and they told they will repair it and give me in 7 days now 1 and half month gone i didnt get my mobile. no proper response they dont even reply my calls. they dont even respect the client and me as a woman. so i decide to go to consumer court to file a case against this univercell.

                            I bought mobile on 16.04.2016 J7 model. but while charging it will be very heating and charger also very heating. then i go to service centre they put software. again problem comes then i contact to customer care, they solve it by remote. Again it will heating. so i want replace my mobile. service centre peoples are not give certificate immediately. they told you will come after two days. I will be very disturbed for the past 15 days.

                              Good Morning Sir, MY Good Name Sk Azad kalam. i joined in February in 2012 i got offer letter in 21 Aug 2013... i work 3 years in univercell, in Nell ore Andhra pradesh branch i region my job in[protected]... i submitted my region letter to my manager with my id card, letter, also, now i fighting my provident fund amount past 2 years with company, i send minimum 10 times provident fund documents to Hyderabad head office, now to Chennai head office also, much money waste to my courier and printing, now also i did not receive my provident fund money...
                              when i call to my ANDHRA PRADESH HR Nashimarao sir he told send documents to Chennai when i call to Chennai the mobile numbers are switch off... what can i do i frighting 2 years of my provided fund amount, last 3 years i have no job...
                              presenting also i have not working... i have only one option go to court are died. please i requesting to my company please realize my provident fund amount, other wise i can died.

I know if it was damage or defects definitely I ll go to service centre but it has battery tightness less also shakes so it gets switch off after restart, So I asked the employee to replace but the answer was irresponsible also guilty. I showed him he also realized handset has same.it is their responsible to replace so they are cheating my lord pls take action on them I ll look forward for your help.                                   Hi, this is manikanta from bangalore, i have bought a mobile in univercell store and when i bought the mobile they said the money which i paid ie 15500, is including the insurance money and the same mentioned in the mannual receipt . but when my mobile got damaged after 6 months i thought i had a option for insurance and think to claim it. the store people said that i need to bring the computer generated receipt, i went to univercell and asked for that i noticed they do not done the insurance in that receipt. i can buy the mobile in flipkart for 1000 rs less even though i bought it for insurance in store and paid the extra money . but finally it got waste . i went to store many times but there is no responce from them please take a action against them . my insurance time also going to be finished in 3-4 months please take a fast action

                                    Hi, My name is suresh and i went to univercell sync (chennai - Nungambakkam branch) to buy LG G3. When i called first they said the price was 25k. later when i went there they said the rate changed from 25k to 29k. after some negotiation they accepted to 28k but free gift of bluetooth headset and 0% emi on my credit card. I left the showroom as i had to discuss with my friends about that. after an hour when i went back they said the price changed to 27.7k without bluetooth headset and no 0 % emi on my credit card. Also this was being instructed by there showroom manager (or VP). Is this how they explain this to customer about the price and later change the price as they want.it.                                       My self is VIjay Raj.

                                      I have purchased Samsung Grand Prime on Dec 2014, Its a good mobile. I lost mobile on June 30th 2015, in Bangalore. I have claimed a insurance for the mobile which i have purchased a M- Care pack for Insurance. I have raised a complain on July 1st, 2015. Till date I called for the update but no response & no proper answer, some people said your not eligible for the Insurance, then why the hell you people are selling the Mobile insurance. I got 6 reason from 6 different person from the Insurance office. I have sent all my original documents of Mobile bills. Now am asking with them, they are saying mail us we will claim & give you. they need of written word, if i sent written later they will say you have given in written so you cant claim in future. I have lost full trust on Universal mobile & Insurance.

                                      My kind request PEOPLE DON'T DO ANY M- Care pack for Insurance INSURANCE IN UNIVERCELL MOBILE. Mobile is really good there but Insurance is Fake.

                                        I had purchased mobile at univercell mobile yeswanthpur Bangalore with insurance and Univercell Total care. later my phone was damaged in accident so i went to the store with phone and document of bill for claiming repair on the phone but the exclusive suggested to claim thief insurance on the mobile where u can get the claim earlier than claim for repair.finally no claim was received and mobile was also not repaired. with the 2 insurances done by unviercell.
