[Resolved]  Nokia Phone — physical damage

i purhase a new handset of nokia X1-01,imei no is [protected] for 1900.00 rs. on 30/7/11 from singla infocom add.-1, ext.1, main rohtak road, delhi 110041. bill no.763.
sir,in this set many problems occured before 1 and half mon. like-some times i do not call,i do not receive call and many others.i take it nokia care centre.he told that in this set phisical damage so i not repair.he told that this physical damage occured by him.but this problem does not occured by him.i alway safe my handset.you will check my ph.i take it on seller.seller also does not help me about ph.
sir.this problem does not occured by him.the seller cheet with him or nokia servise centre.
please solve this my problem.
