Nokia — phone problem | |
Dear sir, Its really surprising for me that even after submitting my mobile phone 5 times for repair at Nokia care center, the problem is not rectified . Its seems that handset is defective . Further on 28 august ( the last date when i got my phone back after repair ) the same problem continues. Its very difficult for me to continue with the same handset. It is therefore request to u kindly replaced my phone immediately or my money is returned to me till Monday. Otherwise i will registered my complain on consumer court on Tuesday i.e- 3/9/2013 Because i already wasted my 4 month on repairing of this phone and i am really frustated and dont want to take more trouble on repairing of this phone., so, i want to solve my problem as soon as possible.
