This refer to mine, Gajender singh which I have deposited for getting replace at Nokia Care center at Patel Nagar which now shifted to Green park on 28th of June, this is my Job Sheet no. AS/[protected]. I have also visited many times at the branch of Green Park but till date I am unable to get my Memory Card more over when I call to know Nokia care help line no. than they said I had taken my Memory Card on 11th sep when I visited 17th sep to that branch they refused to give my Memory Card I also send to a letter to Nokia H.O.

Subject: Very bad service and performance of Nokia N73 ME

Sir,
I purchased Nokia N73 Music Edition from THE MOBILESTORE on 16th December, 2008 bearing the IMEI No:[protected]. After a period of five months, the phone started giving trouble. On 30th May 2009, I approached NOKIA Care (Gupta Associates, 16, Sector-4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad (U.P) for Joystick and battery problem vide their Job Sheet No: 582 dated 30/05/2009. They returned me the phone on 15th June evening around 18.15hrs after doing the needful. As the service centre closes at 18.30 hrs, they asked me to check the phone at home and assured me that the phone is working in perfectly now. On their assurance, I took the phone home and I found the joystick problem was still there. Next day was Tuesday and the service centre used to remain closed. Therefore on 15th June, 2009, I again handed over the phone to Gupta Associates vide Job Sheet No:[protected]/090615/15.

On 17th June, 2009 they called me on my mobile and told that the phone is now working perfectly and I can collect it now. When I reached Gupta associates, I found that the end key is not functioning as well as the joystick too. I told them the fault is still there and now the end key is not functioning. They again took the phone for repair and given the same Job Sheet by changing the date on it. Now on 11/07/09, they called me on my mobile and told the Nokia has changed the phone and you can collect it. As per Gupta an associate, the PCB of the phone was changed by Nokia and a new IMEI No:[protected] was there on the phone. Again they assured me that the phone will now work perfectly as the PCB has been changed. But here it is regretted to say that the phone develops new problems such as no connectivity with the PC through USB, unable to recognize the head phone and memory card and no scanning of FM Stations. On 18th July I told Gupta associates and they again took the phone for repair.

Will You please let me Know, Is this is the
Quality Control of Nokia Company which is having a very good reputation not in India but in Asia and also in the eyes of a customer like myself.

The Job Sheet bearing No. 1526 dated 18th July, 2009 was handed over to me. Today i.e., 27th July, 09 they asked me to collect the phone. When I reached Gupta associates, I found that the phone is still not able to scan the FM channels. I asked them that the problem is still there as the set is not able to scan the channels. They told me that you have to select the channels manually as Nokia has uploaded a new software in the phone and it can not be scanned automatically. Will Nokia can tell me that how can I feed the stations manually if I go outside from Delhi and I don’t know the frequency of FM stations, How I will select the stations. The set is lying still with the Gupta associates and they are telling that nothing can be done now and you have to take the phone in this state only.

It is now requested, that I may be given a new phone (N-73ME) which can scan FM automatically or my money may kindly be refunded so that I can opt some other brand, which is having automatic scanning facility of FM. I hope that Nokia will take necessary steps to give me a new phone in perfectly running condition or refund me my money and take their product back. An early action is anticipated.

Nokia — Unsatisfied By Nokia Care Services

Let me introduce first. My name is Sumit Kumar and I bought a new Nokia 5800 mobile phone hardly nine months before. Unfortunately, now the mobile is not working as its touchpad is not functioning. Since the guarantee period of my mobile is not over, I visited the nearest Nokia care which is situated in New Delhi . But the service they offered in my case was extremely unsatisfactory and they hesitated to check the mobile properly to explore the fault associated with it. They were simply putting forth shear absurdities and arguing that those might be the reason behind the malfunctioning of the hand set. They are saying that substantial amount of water enter inside the phone and that caused the damage. I used to carry mobile in my pocket and most of the time I will be traveling by my own car. I agree that moisture from my body might have spread on the outer body of the hand set. But there is no chance to enter inside. They finally made the comment that they can’t service the mobile if hefty maintenance and service fee to repair it is not paid. I was very reluctant to do this as i knew that that was not at all a case of physical damage of mobile. I am expecting the full value of my money. But, as being a regular mobile user, the mobile phone is inevitable to me. This irresponsible attitude of the concerned people is just like a customer torturing and this can not be endured for a customer like me who is still having deep routed faith in the good will and customer service of Nokia. I request you earnestly for your quick intervention in this matter. I would be grateful if you can ensure that these kinds of bitter experiences from your regional officers can be avoided in present and future.

Nokia — Unsatisfied with nokia care

Sir,
I'm not satisfied with the openion of nokia care (Singh Communication, Shop No 2, Building No 180, Near Milan Restaurant, Zone-1, M.P. Nagar Bhopal)
Last time My handset repaired at this care, when this time I have given the mobile for same problem.
Care said "One part of your mobile is not my company, It's changed. So your mobile is not taken in warranty.
But I have never given anyother places to repaired the mobile accept nokia care.
Then how its changed.
I have also extend warranty. My mobile is in warranty.
Please help me.

Mujhe bataya gya ki nokia care jaiye, aapka problem solve kar diya jayega.
Jab mai nokia care gya to mera problem solve n hua.
Mera mobile jab v repaire ke liye khula hai to sirf Nokia Care me.
Mere mobile ka flash change ho gya hai.
Nokia Care wale bolte hai ki aapne isme flash marke se change karwaya hai.
Lekin mai nokia care ke siwaye isse kanhi pe dikhaya hi nahi.
Nokia care walo ne bataya ki flash ka Rs-1320 padta hai. Jo aapko dena padega. Tab isse waranty me liya jayega.
Jab mai 26 Dec ko vanha gya to nokia care walo ne mere mobile ka software update kar diya hai. Software update meri marji se free me ya warranty me kar diya hai.
